Let's not fall into the trap so many British football fans fall into - pace means nothing if you can't use it. All we ever seem to hear on this board is pace, pace, pace, but the fact is, we've had a pacy 'striker' in Alex Nicholls for 7 years to little avail.
Of course, we need some mobility up front, but equally, we need someone with a footballing brain and the ability to hold the ball up. Having seen Nicholls and Grigg play up front together on at least one occasion this season, I've seen that having someone who can get hold of the ball and keep it in the opposition's half is just as important as having a greyhound up front who chases shadows.
