Lack of goals.
Lack of chanting, due to vuvu-f***ing-zelas
But, i've enjoyed it.

The first round of games are usually tight teams don't want to lose , it will pick up as the tournament progresses .

They are, but they aren't usually this bad. I have watched every game bar the second half of the Ivory Coast yesterday, and the only game I have enjoyed so far has been the England game.
Like you say though, it must improve or a lot of teams will be going home, thinking they could have done a lot better.

Loving it and excited by every game. Pity I've had to miss a few this week at work but always catch up on highlights.

Re: World Cup so far
It's too early to judge it yet. Sure, the goal ratio is currently below 2 goals per game, but there has been some intriguing matches and enjoyable football.
I think Spain's defeat and Uruquay's performance last night has given the tournament the requisite boost it needs.
And Sky is not covering it, which has to be a plus.

It's West Germany v Austria from '82 all over again. Except this time it's the underdogs ganging up on the big boy. Amen to that!

Don't think it'll happen. Both will want to avoid Argentina (I expect) and will go for the win. Even if one of them loses by the odd goal, France still have to win 4-0 against South Africa to go through.

Unfortunately I think you are right, would be funny to see the French go out that way. With both teams going for it, it should be quite an even match, and still end in a draw. Think it could be a decent game, as Mexico and Uraguay have been two of the better teams to watch so far.

Not just a penalty either, he looks about as deadly as Emile Heskey in front of goal.
