3-2 us, we're due a win, and it'll have to be one of the 'we'll score more than you' variety.
Pinnacle to lean over Bonser's shoulder as Whalley points out OAP to be ejected and say "I can do that. Gizza job."

I saw a very creditable 1 -1 draw away at their place some years ago. We were down to ten men, and equalised through a late penalty if my memory serves me well.

We beat them at home last season (meaningless end of season game - a bit like this one  ). I don't remember any other wins against them since before the Graydon era at least though - and presumably they were in the 2nd division while we were in the 3rd for a good few years before then. We actually haven't played them all that often at all while I've been going - probably only about a dozen times in the last 20 years.

2-1 to us. I've accurately predicted the last two results so here's hoping so.
Attendance: around 4,300, including 700 Trannies.

And Mr Numbers the way his perversions are going, as long as they're aged between 16 and 80.

2 - 1 to Tranmere.
Regrettably I am unable to admire a hopefully convincing display as I miss my first league match of the season. I am away at a hillman gimp convention.

Plagiarist. My prediction was gonna be about Stafflers singing at half time too :x . I'll save it for the Huddersfield match though :D
Walsall 2 Tranmere Rovers 1. Eddy Sonko with all 3.
Derby Saddler & Wyrley Saddler to set up a Pot Noodle stall in the corner of the lower ASBO, which does great business untill Wendy Mumford "has a word" and they shut up shop :D

Walsall 1 - 1 Tranmere
John Aldridge to be spotted at the back of the Family Stand selling liberated car stereos.
Walsall equaliser to arrive after Tranmere goalkeeper is distracted by a mole appearing in his 18 yard box, leaving Nicholls free to score. Whalley to have said Mole removed for not paying entrance fee and encroaching the playing area.

walsall 1 Tranmere 2
I just think they will want it more , there on a good run and our season is just running down the clock , not really anything to play for.

Re: Tranmere Rovers (H) League 1 Saturday 11/4/09.
Who knows? Who cares? End of season rubbish probably, culminating with us playing with a bizarre freedom (ala the Merson unbeaten run a few back) which we haven't shown all season and hammering Tranmere or us getting hammered ourselves. I will go with the former, because I am in a good mood.
Cheesebag to leave another of the kid's shoes behind and have to sprint around the stand looking for it again.

tranmere will be well up for it after Scunthorpe lost in fact they go 6th if they win
they have to win though as Scunthorpe will still have 2 games in hand
so it should be an entertaining game with plenty of attacking
3- 3
penn, buckley and sbragia for us
eddy hat trick for them

Re: Tranmere Rovers (H) League 1 Saturday 11/4/09.
Just got back, the only difference between us and them was a cutting edge. Decent goal from their point of view, but i thought Weston was a major fault for goin in on a 2 on 1, which was stupid. Tranmere wont win the play offs, they are no great shakes they just have a humungous farty streak of piss who can run a bit. He was always gonna win the header against palmer at back post.
Gilmartin - dont care if ince goes, hes won me round today. Kicking is woeful at times
Weston - Solid enough but at fault a few times, they scored of his biggest mistake.
Smith - My MOTM personally, played well, ian roper, but black.
Gerrard - Solid
Palmer - best game hes had for a while, when he got put up to left wing he was useless but i thought he had a good enough game at left back personally.
Nicholl - tried hard a few decent runs but not alot else.
Hughes - Get rid, hes shot, the man spent the whole game at walking pace, he has no legs left.
Bradley - steady, went AWOL a few times though.
Zabouub - Won MOTM and i have no complaints, he was our best player along with smith, the only player who will run at players.
Ricketts - Useless first half dont think he touched the ball (was i him who hit the bar from about 3 yards?), second half dropped deep and was slightly better but a poor game by his standards.
Jabo - Runs around, battered a few defenders, not alot else.
Subs
Boertien - pointless, i dont think he did anything right, the only reason i can think of for him being on is hutchings saving Zabooub for monday.
Deeney - brought on too late, didnt do much though. Playing out wide again.....
