My initial aim is to get 1000 people to take the survey. Then we'll be able to analyse the data and present the findings to the club.
Tell your friends, tell your family.

Phil, can you just clarify who "we" are? As with previous attempts to communicate with the club, I think it's important that we all know who we're dealing with from the outset and what format the communication to the club will take.
Sorry, not being obstructive, but to be fair, you are a clear and vociferous critic of Mr Bonser in particular so if the communication is some kind of a written report rather than statistical data, it may have that spin on it.
Thanks.

Re: Fans Survey - TAKE PART
We is me.
I spoke to a few people last night who told me how many different fans had actually bought tickets in the last 5 years.
The figure is staggering.
To be honest, I'll make the raw data available to the club, so they can do what they like with it.
If 1000 people take the survey and 950 say that they are happy with the club - what spin can be put on that?
The tone is neutral, I just want to gauge fans opinions, as many opinions as possible.

Thanks for the clarification. As you say, if you just present raw data, then that's fine and the club can interpret it as they see fit.
However, if your above statement turns out to be the case, I think something's gone wrong with the survey

Done, with some pretty extensive elaboration that I hope someone at the club gets the chance to read.

Re: Fans Survey - TAKE PART
Why the need to complete name and address?
Surely an e-mail address would suffice.
Or is this to be used for other marketing purposes?

I wondered that too. I'll complete it as long as there's some reassurance that name/address isn't being used by the survey website for marketing reasons.

I put in my suburb and town - you don't have to put your complete street address.

Re: Fans Survey - TAKE PART
You haveto fill in your surname and postcode.
In which case, you may aswell fill in your whole address as it can be found with a postcode search.

You could use your UTS name, and a postcode such as DH1 works - it's not a fuzzy smart programme designed to extract all your personal details.

'Nil' works in the postcode box. We don't have postcodes in Hong Kong.

Re: Fans Survey - TAKE PART
Any data held in the database will not be used for any marketing purposes, and will most certainly NOT be given to Birmingham City FC.
As many people who know me personally will vouch, this is all about trying to get some kind of genuine, undeniable proof of the opinions on Walsall FC at this moment in time.
It's just like a petition - the address fields are there to prove that you are a genuine person, and not a made up one. You do not have to enter your full address. Aldridge and WS9 would suffice.

Don't be stupid Burnside.
The survey is completely neutral.
Every single fan - whatever their stance or opinion should take the survey.

Looks pretty neutral to me. I've filled it in. Comment in the text box if you wish. Or don't.
