Dobson ' off the pace ' by the commentators..But the second half it's the same again we've come out all guns blazing and going for it ! Come on lads get this goal!

Centre mid really worries me im afraid to say... we are in real need of a centre midfielder (even more than a striker). When is Dobson ever "on the pace"?

Mooney for captain.

Ditto!

And yeah i know what you mean..I have liked sonner so far..Likes to the pass the ball well, Made some nice passes on saturday and gets stuck in but so does dobbo..But sometimes he does seem of the pace and i just think we need that bright spark in the middle of the park who can create alot more and has got pace..Which freklington could of done imo.

Never rated Dobson. Just NOT creative

I agree but if he had the right person alongside him he doesn't need to be.

There are defensive midfielders and attacking midfielders. Sonner isn't as attacking as I'd like but he is creative.

well... his main job isn't to be creative... it is to break up the opponents attacks and help the defense.

Have to admit, I'd be quite disappointed if we lose to this Swansea outfit and its not sounding too hopeful so far.

They started the match with just 4 of the starting 11 from Saturday, we really should be looking at beating reserve team outfits of fellow divisional rivals.

Even now, halfway through the 2nd half, they've made all 3 subs and still only have 6 of their starting 11 on the pitch.

What's worrying is the lack of anything thats been created to be honest, bar Mooney's missed one on one at 0-0.

Ermmm, without pointing out the obvious, he isn't really meant to be.

Its like asking Jason Koumas to play the role of midfield hatchet man or Alex Nicholls to be the traditional big no 9 centre forward.

To be fair though Swansea havent had too many key shots on goal. Its just that we have nothing going forward. If Mooney gets injured we are in trouble

That's because Swansea started with just 4 of their starting 11, I'd be bloody worried if their reserve team was creating a number of chances against us.

Ah Well, Lets hope we can get something on saturday. This result may get some walsall fans to lower thier expectations for the comign season. Lower-Mid Table has to be our realistic aim this season

No Troy Deeney either, very strange, surely should have been given 10 minutes at least.

Interestingly I see Orient grabbed a superb away victory 2-1 at QPR tonight... They go into Saturday's game with 2 good away wins, we go in with a decent draw and a disappointing defeat.

2-0 Swansea, Jason Scotland.
