Mooney Miss
Bad luck Tommy. Just as well your name isn't Butler you'd be getting a right slagging from some posters on here by now.

Cus Mooney's scored this season whilst Butler is in bed with foot and mouth. 8)

When Mooney has been doing it for half a season or more I imagine he will get the same treatment as Butler - but judging by Mooneys work rate on Saturday he will remain in favour for quite a while :P

Nicholls on
To be honest I think he looked a bit out of his league on Saturday - hope he can make the step up
He's a striker now a winger, remember Sjoke in the FA Cup a few year ago where he nearly scored late on to earn us a replay? He was highly rated before he broke his leg.

 whats happend to our clean sheets .
BRING BACK ROPER :D
NO!
Roper plays= clean sheets.
He isn't match fit at the minute - the usual 'start of the season' race to lose a few pounds
This was debated before the Carlisle game , that was the first I've seen of Ropes this season , have to agree with Neil he looked in good nick to me , in fact the best i've ever seen him at a start of a season.

And as I asked at the time, were you sat 6ft away from him in the OAP999 stand or were you in the upper tier of the FTG stand?

I thought he looked to be carrying a bit - don't get me wrong though - I highly rate him and he is our old head in defence. From the young lad we started watching he has come a long long way - I just feel that he needs to lose a bit to get his speed back up (and I was 6 foot away from him in OAP666

Stick Peter Doran in, he'll be amazing he will.
