You'll probably be disgusted then. :roll:
I hate this attitude when other clubs fans think that way about us. I think the same when one of 'ours' replicates it. Disrespect or what.
Oh, 1-1 draw.

Nah - dreamt it last week. 10 points out of the first twelve, so three back-to-back wins now :D . Didn't dream about the Cup, so can't help there. :wink:

I don't think they'll be relegation candidates - I reckon they'll finish nearer to the top than the bottom.

Nah, don't think so to be honest, even the O's fan I know reckons they're in for a tough season. Although he does think they'll avoid the drop.

Well, their signings have impressed me. Wayne Gray has bags of pace and was used effectively by Southend when they went up and also by Yeovil last season, Adam Boyd is a goalscorer who could prove to be one of the signings of the season if he recaptures the form he showed at Hartlepool, Sean Thornton is a decent midfield player with Championship experience and Mkandawire had a good season in league 2 last year.
Had we signed those players, I think we'd be looking at the playoffs as our aim.

On the other hand, you could ask this;
1) If Gray was so good at this level, why did Yeovil sell him?
2) Boyd, as I said in the fanzine, could be the signing of the season in the entire Football League, but thats a big if.
3) Thornton, this is a player who couldn't even get a regular game for a team who weren't good enough for the League Play Offs at Donny and is basically living on his name and past history
4) Mkandwotshisface has never played at this level.
I don't think they'll be bottom by any means, but they'll be in the relegation shake up. Losing Matty Lockwood was a big blow for them, solid defender and their top scorer from left back, losing Gary Alexander to Millwall was also a blow.
I think they're very heavily dependant on Boyd finding his feet and his previous goalscoring record at this level.

Gray left Yeovil because he wanted to return to London. They didn't want to let him go, believe me. And it's not just the signings of Boyd & Thornton that have impressed me, they've got solid performers all over the pitch. Paul Terry is a quality player, once he's fit, and so is JJ Melligan. At the back they've got Stephen Purches who has got bags of experience at this level and I've always rated Stuart Nelson as a keeper. I would be massively surprised if Leyton Orient were anywhere near the relegation zone come the end of the season.
