Why are so few Walsall supporters getting on air on WM?

Little kid quoting his dad..plus Vile supporters who got to talk (ignorantly) about their transfer activity.

And the little kid "supports the Albion but watches The Saddlers".

Bleedin' typical!!

Still I suppose the other way round would be worse, just!!!

Decent game the second half anyway!

Soon as Ishmel come on..I thought it changed the game..He really is getting better. He goes past top flight football players as if they ain't there. Paul hall did ok too..Got the goal had plenty of width. Boretein (sp) for me was once again solid and done his job at left back. Didn't think much of this new trialist needs to get a good stew down him  Role on saturday for the real stuff !

Don't let one game make your mind up, I have sat in the upper and the lower, it is like a library in the lower as well some games, Upstairs you get a better view, and a pint at half time :D

Speak to the club see what they can do for you

great result. Again in the second half of a match we've outclassed a premiership team. Ishy made a big difference tonight when he came on. Very very happy.

My man of the match has to go to Darren Wrack; Playing out of position, tackled well and got forward alot putting several good crosses into the box.

Excellent result. Sounds good defensively in that none of their attacking elements scored. Bring on Carlisle now

Erm, honest answer, no, with the odd exception, pretty quiet, and a lot of moaning. Not much different downstairs though in my opionion

After the first 5 or so minutes I was thinking "here we go again" looking back on last season's 5-0. But we really played well although upfront the partnership of Mooney and Butler looked toothless. Fox even improved in the second half and looked quite good, but I still can't see him as a left winger. Doubt I'd need to say it but yet again Ishy was class, he played against Cahill, a good premiership centre half and England U-21 player and had the beating of him. Paul Hall had little pace but had a few nice touches and looked composed on the ball.

Our defense really impressed me, we looked shambolic after 5 minutes but after that Dann and Gerrard handled Harewood, Maloney and later on Luke Moore very well. Boertian was unlucky with the og but had a solid game. Wrack played a good game, early in the first half the Villa left winger was giving him hell but he grew into the game and offered Hall a lot of support.

Ince for me though was man of the match, an outstanding save in the first half and he took almost every cross with ease.

Same as all the others so far. Average first half, much better second.

That kind of performance will win us many games in League One. Keep it tight, then on 65/70 minutes unleash the likes of Ishy to create a goal or two.

Well that was a bit of false advertising wasn't it!? If i'd have known we were going to play our youth team and reserves i wouldn't have bothered going, i'm glad i only bought a kid's ticket and payed £6 rather than £12!

Fair play to you lot though, you were a bit poor first half and we outplayed and outpassed you even though it was bloody boring. 2nd half you looked like a good side when you knocked the ball around.

Trolly man wasn't even there to keep our fans entertained this year either, i want my money back :)

oh no  It looks like at away games I'm going to have to sing even more then. If I start off the singing in the upper do you think many people will follow? Where do you sit, by the way?

I would back up the praise for Ince my man of the match, he looked very solid very commanding i counted 3 great saves and decent distribution

We were very much up against it to start with, but towards the end of the second half we seemed to come alive, and second half dominated, and should have scored more.

Not to sure bout Carlos,, Sonko looked decent, but Paul hall really changed the game as well as Ishy, who looked real class.

Fox also stood out second half looked very fast going forward, things are looking good

Just got back - all in all I am very happy. Second half we looked very good.

Defence is sound and Ince will be the best keeper in League one without a doubt.

I was only disappointed in one performance tonight and if he doesn't want to play for us we should let him go.

Loads to be positive about and we looked far better than on Saturday.

A note on Villa - the way they pass the ball and use space was a joy to watch tonight (and that wasn't their full first) - surely got to be up there this season
