Geordiesaddler wrote:Good God I read this thread and had to check the fixtures to make sure it was Peterborough and not Manchester United we are visiting tomorrow.
We havn't lost in 4, they have lost their last 4 on the bounce.
We beat them 5-0 at home despite being a man down.
They have lost 5 times at home, as many as they have won, we havn't lost away since September the 9th - almost 4 months!!
Maybe we will lose tomorrow, maybe not, but some of the doom and gloom is quite remarkable.

Oh dear, those stats all add up to a definite home win, BUGGER ! :?

I will be surprised if we get anything from this match. They will remember the 5nil hammering, and London Rd is a difficult place to go. Id take a point to be honest.

BBC report says that it was a 30 yarder!

Also, that Butler was booked, despite winning the free-kick...

Still early but its a great start - just what we needed after the disappointment late on on Saturday.

Hopefully Swindon won't beat McDons today - much as i hate the franchise they could do us a favour today
