Workrate against Macclesfield was pretty poor, which was why we got pushed back on defence and made them look good.
Against Bolton, Keates and Dobson were pushing forward giving Wright the support he needed.
Which WFC will we see tomorrow? I reckon we have moved to a higher level of performance and will start to beat the likes of Bristol. Certainly, we can expect Wright to be up for it, and with Sam and Westwood having much better games in midweek, I reckon 3 0.

Here's the team's
BRISTOL ROVERS: Steve Phillips, Ryan Green, Craig Hinton, Steve Elliott, Aaron Lescott, Sammy Igoe, Stuart Campbell, Craig Disley, Andy Sandell, Lewis Haldane, Rickie Lambert
Substitutes: James Hunt, Richard Walker, Chris Carruthers, Byron Anthony, Scott Shearer
WALSALL: Clayton Ince, Scott Dann, Chris Westwood, Mark Wright, Ian Roper, Daniel Fox, Michael Dobson, Dean Keates, Kris Taylor, Martin Butler, Hector Sam
Substitutes: Craig Pead, Tony Bedeau, Carlos Fangueiro, Ishmel Demontagnac, Rene Gilmartin
Dann in for Pead the only change I can see? Guess he is playing centre-back with Westwood being rightback?

Must be Westwood at right back. Another no-show from Picken.

Now that Ropes has gone off injured I guess it'll be Westwood and Dann in the middle with Pead at right back. Good chance for Dann to show himself in his main position (Scott, remember your job now is to keep the ball OUT of the goal!!!)
The Picken no-show is an interesting observation. I thought the 90 mins against bag ladies reserves on Wednesday was to get him match fit - either he's still not fit enough or had a reaction to the injury. Disappointing to be honest. Might be even worse for him if Dann plays well today too.
