Carmarthen Town (a) Tuesday 25th July
Anyone coming to West Wales to witness the continuing ups and downs of our very strange club? They seem to be quite a decent outfit (Carmarthen, that is) having drawn with Swansea's best team 3-3 and only lost 0-1 to Cardiff in the run-up to this season. They share the same nickname as Hereford (The Bulls) and they achieved a certain amount of notoriety last season when they signed a guy who was currently serving time for football hooliganism - not sure whether he's still with them (Craig Hughes, I think).
I'll be happy if we can keep a clean sheet, so my prediction from the heart is for a 2-0 win.
The ground is Richmond Park, and it's behind the main Toyota dealer Denzil Evans - about a mile from the railway station. I'll be the elderly gent wearing the red/white scarf.........

Sorry for the delay. Leamore has been phoning me. But due to having a new kitchen fitted the wife has been having me clean up the tonnes of mess (and refusal would result in me having no nads by tomorrow morning  ).
Anyway, starting line up:-
Ince
Pead
Dann
Roper
Taylor
Wright
Kinsella
Keates
Fox
Sam
Butler
Half time 2 - 2
1 - 0 Camarthen. Long punt upfield, one on one with Roper (who gets nowhere near) and puts it in the net.
1 - 1 30 mins. Hector Sam.
1 - 2 36 mins. Mark Wright.
2 -2 late on in first half. An header over Ince who was apparently miles off his line.
More to follow (Leamore & wife allowing).

People just need to forget we had Jimmy Walker behind the sticks for so long a move on .... and support the guy who is in goals now
Well said Pedro.
Seems some people have already picked out there pet hate for next season.

I hadn't intended to criticise Ince, but he just lookd very dodgy. We can forget about Jimmy Walker of course, but that doesn't mean we can forget about having a quality goalkeeper in the squad. I use Shrewsbury as an example very often because it's easy for me, but they have signed 2 goalkeepers of reasonable pedigree, both of whom are probably better than Ince. If they can do it, so can we.
I'm willing to give Ince every chance to prove me wrong though.
