For those wondering, we missed 2 pens, they missed one, so they win....

If you need to score 3 goals in every game you play to win a game of football it's always going to be an uphill battle.

A performance of gross incompetence with poor decisions made every minute which made for a very frustrating evening....well thats enough about the referee. As for the team those who are doubtful about JW gained plenty of ammunition from tonight's performance...we played the two big lads up front and spent most of the game launching long balls to them....unfortunately both of them were poor although Baka. showed a couple of nice touches coming in from the left. A very poor performance all round ....indeed the only player who enhanced his reputation was Roberts the goalkeeper.
A 100% improvement required on Saturday please...

I agree with all that. It was a dreadful performance with all the starting outfield players having a bad night. Coventry were far superior in every area of the pitch. Time and again our defenders launched long high balls to our forwards and the Coventry defenders won the ball in the air and then picked up the pieces in midfield. When Coventry had possession they quickly converted defence into attack, we were ponderously slow until near the end with Ozzie and Edwards on the pitch.

Fair play to those of you who went. You are the true, loyal fans. Us brain dead folk are not worthy.

The vibes from the atmosphere was probably electric due to there only being "proper fans" in attendance not the brain-dead type.

Utter Utter rubbish I have seen more skill and more effort from park teams on a sunday morning. Despite the 6 changes this was not a team of untried youngsters we had 3 of our normal back 4 who looked as if they had never played together, Kory Roberts was the only one who looked as if he was interested, both "wingers" and front men who played at Wigan.
After the subs we had8 outfield players who will probably start against the Shrews and still looked a very poor team.
Yes we got alate goal and only lost on pens but anyone who was there even the most one eyed fans must admit we got what we deserved.
Tired legs NO tires excuses.

Lets hope when the FA cup comes round we don't draw another 4th Division outfit at home, they too would be forced to play their own reserves to give us a fighting chance to grab a draw, in order to get back to their place for the few bob we will get out of a first round exit.
Better to make it quick and painless by being knocked out away to a large fan base club, say Pompey, Wiggin, Blackburn, Bradford. A third of the receipts would probably pay our own Sunday morning pub teams meagre salaries for the rest of the season....just being practical :) :)

It's been said that certain music has caused folk to commit suicide - Suicide Solution by Ozzy Osbourne and his crew is one song that's been singled out.
Lord knows the effect on the general population if this doom-laden message board ever became viral.
