Think Whitneys tried to be too clever today!!! And what happened to yesterday's "full squad to pick from" ....

Everybody just ignore it please. It's hard enough when your losing.
I agree mate but it just riles me that you don't hear from "it" for ages and you just know his finger has been poised, just waiting.

Re: Sheffield United (A) League One, 2nd April 3pm
I was never entirely convinced by the view that our enforced break could turn out to be a good thing. Games in hand are not points on the board, and I'd rather be in the position of Burton and Wigan any day.
It sounds as if we have been very poor first half, with personnel changes required sooner rather than later.

Whitney has sent out a team with the seeming purpose of trying to contain a team that is completely devoid of confidence, with a crowd who are waiting for them to put in yet another poor performance.
Sheffield cannot believe their luck at the moment - two shots, two goals - against a team who haven't had one attack of note.

Didn't understand the line up at the start, Flanaghan not up to the task.
Billy Sharp? 20k a week buys you that sort of finishing.
A lalkovich and Hiwula on, we not out of it yet

Hopefully the second half turnarounds - Shrewsbury, Chesterfield, Colchester - can materialise again!
Rectify the team selection errors and lets go again for 45 minutes.
Everything crossed.

Will everybody stop being so negative please ?
Its killing me that i couldn't go and have to rely on BBC / SKY / RADIO etc (sorry Welsh  )
We were obviously going to lose at some stage and sadly it looks like today even though it still only BLOODY half time.
I still put my faith in the people in charge....................UTS

for them to be trailing at Shrews is a slip up....do keep up
A draw at Shrews for them is still a slip up....do keep up
We are losing....which means we are still not taking advantage and the leaders above us pull away...do keep up

Good news - we are making substitutions at the start of the 2nd half.......
(Well, one anyway - Jordi Hiwula on for Flanagan)

I expect this will be the first in a run of results that will mean we will struggle to make the play offs.....our current lead over lower rivals may mean we just make it if we can scrape a couple of wins and a draw or tow out of it
But I don't see us coming out on top in the play offs.....the other teams all seem stronger

the bad news is we didn't start with enough attacking players in the first place....which means we were already likely to be playing catch up at half time.....quite a silly plan when visiting a big team with a big crowd who are demanding goals and wins from their under-performing team.
Sean O'Driscoll probably would've realized this.....but Walsall fans prefer a smiling team whose manager doesn't upset them and make them sulk for being told off or corrected.

Can UTS administrators apply the "no knobheads" rule as highlighted by Dean Holden, to this board please? Failing that a match day banning order from kick off til about 2 hours after a game has ended.
Alternatively send him off to get a hemp flavoured 99 from Mr Whippy in Streetly?

If you persist in your negative ramblings and utter any more abusive phrases like "you useless clowns", you will find yourself placed on the naughty chair.

Wigan are champions but we're chasing Burton and they're drawing and just gone down to 10 men so maybe a get out of jail free card today.

Forget Wigan folks, it's Burton who are our best chance now.
Still 0-0 with Bury, and they've just had a player sent off.
Edit - 0-1 :)

Could really have done with at least a draw today. But if burton lose we still have them in our sights.

We just need two win the next two and we'll be well in it, we just got to stop Gillingham coming up late.
