Listening to the commentry and the texts I'm getting from the ground this sounds like it could make Colchester last season look like a win.

Apparently the banner is out and the reaction is "mixed". Game on!!!

Thank god I booked the wrong day off work- I don't think I could tolerate being there- listening to WM and pressing refresh on the score updates is punishment enough.

ucow (at the match) tells me Oakes was blatantly fouled with an over the top challenge, and the first goal should not have been allowed.

He also says Oakes can't use one of his arms due to the injury sustained in that foul, and he is going mad about the fact that Oakes is still on the pitch in that condition. No blame on Oakes for the second.

Is the injury affecting how he does his "sign" to the fans?

Look at the starting line up. Proof if it was needed that Merson has totally lost it. If this joker survives till next saturday there may be a fair few banners on display.

If Oakes is so badly injured then why is he still on the pitch?

Swindon, Blackpool, and Scunny all winning. At the moment all it will take is a Pools goal and we are in the bottom 4 only 1 point above third bottom.

Not far, but the important thing to remember is that all Merse needs is HIS (fourth) team, who play for him, and it'll be alright.
13 wins, and we'll be up there...
