I was thinking of booking hotel in Wigan so could have good all day/night session, so I dont have to drive to Manchester after the match

Hotel pfff, just stay in the Hub all night!

One of the few new stadia that creates a decent atmosphere - well worth a visit.

It was under 50% full when we played there and Jorge equalised in the final minute but the atmosphere was electric in the ground all night. Whether they took atmosphere into consideration when building the ground I don't know....

Expecting a 1-1 tomorrow.

C'mon me babbies

Not over excited enough if u ask me, not on about result prediction but think there will be closer to 1000 Saddlers up here. New ground for many plus Wigan am mossive so novelty value will add a few. I reckon 898 Saddlers. Hope so anyway cos it's a bloody big away end :D

Now that is tempting, trouble is, I have to be in a fit state to work when we get thrown out at 8!!!

On another note when was the last time we had 2 pages on a match topic the day before the match?
Obviously it's our cup final

It's nice to have Wigan back at their natural level :P
There's hardly any precedence since Springfield, but our record in the 80s was appalling.
We'll do well to get a 0-0 I think.
Our fans are in fine voice at the start though.

They look dangerous breaking forward, our two bookings seem to have come from trying to stop their quick breaks.

We still have the edge on possession and they haven't forced a save yet, though the crosses are a worry.

Goal drought what the hell are you on about - again?

By the way have you been to any games this season? You're always on here and seem to dodge the question every time its asked?

I'm not there, I'm just listening to it.
Even I can tell this has been a terrific 0-0 by any standard.
