Re: SOTV
A bloke I work with was a Walsall fan until he started going down the villa when oneill was there. He now refers to Villa as we and us and wears a Villa scarf to work.
I take great pride in sellotaping the premiership table to his desk.
He also says he would come if we get in the play offs.
Make of that what you will.

You should staple his fingernails to the desk.

Well done Sunderland (even with the fascist in charge). The dream is still possible of a great west midlands double.

Re: SOTV
This makes me sad that a great Midlands institution like Aston Villa could go down.
Going to have to bake more scones.

A great win for Sunderland (and Vile still have to play them).
Think Reading and QPR are down now but that still leaves the last relegation place up for grabs.
It's still in the Viles hands as they have games against Norwich, Sunderland and Wigan but there's a very good chance they'll still blow it.
Their run in:
Man Utd - Away
Sunderland - Home
Norwich - Away
Chelsea - Home
Wigan - Away

Re: SOTV
Agree with the bearded sex Imam. Villa and Wolves going down and Blues going bust would be catastrophic for the extended Midlands football family.
Perhaps fancy dress at Crewe could include black arm bands to indicate the somber mood that will inevitably characterise the day.

It's between Vile and Sjoke for me. A win:win situation, if ever there was one.

You keep convincing yourself. If they can't beat Fulham at home, they don't deserve to. Wigan always come good.

Think you could be right.
I reckon Sjoke will get more points from their remaining games though:
QPR
Norwich
Sunderland
Tottenham
Southampton
At the end of the day though they only need to match Viles points tally thanks to Viles godawful goal difference which was gained from the tankings they got earlier in the season.

Win win certainly. I put it out there now that the Villa are better than Stoke though. By a mile. :?
Stoke remind me of the wolves. They are playing completely clueless.

I'm fed up of hearing so called pundits talking about Sjoke's style of football. Yes, when they first got into the PL they lumped it and played that way to consolidate their position, but Pulis has tried to change that, and its not his forte so it's costing them. Good.

Its fine if it works. But eventually it doesnt, especially against PL centre backs. They are so predictable its untrue. At least the Villa *spit* have some decent attacking players and they can score goals.
Managers like Pulis only work for a few years, kick and rush, shout and rant at the players constantly and eventually they become immune to his outbursts. They are probaly fed up of his *tactics* anyway. He plays a centre back on the right wing for god sake.
I hate Stoke, and i hate Pulis. If they go down, ill see em in league one in a year or two.

It's all happening. And now we are success-less, we should wish nothing but hurt and humiliation on our enemies.
