I shall be in attendance but will not be mixing with the locals after receiving advice from McBentos.

I'll be there. I have to mix with the locals because I'm married to one and therefore related to the rest. Super people. Little known fact about Liverpudlians: Great sense of humour.

Scousers are half way there to Funny Land due to their accent.

And the full way there due to self pity. Rumour is, they had the 31285375 minutes silence for their sense of humour when didn't get Boris Johnson's natty little rhyme.

By that definition I can therefore conclude that I have none.

Re: Tranmere Rovers (A) League 1 Saturday 22/10/11.
Well, here we are again............ another Saturday and 90 minutes to look forward too.
Im gutted, as I cant make the trip today as Im currently sat at work........... will be looking to the UTS faithful to keep me updated.
Last week against PNE was a fantastic reversal of previous games form and the lads im sure have finally turned the corner. Deano will surely field a settled side and the positives from last week they will continue to build on in what will be a very difficult game against the Trannies.
I still hold firm on my earlier prediction of 2-1 to Walsall, with an air of expectation of bringing those 3 points back down the M6 from the Wirral.
The following at the Wycombe game was superb and hopefully we will take similar numbers to the game today and sing them out of their own ground......... !!!
GOOD LUCK FELLAS........... WISH I COULD BE THERE WIV YA!!!

I think a point will be a good result, but a narrow one goal defeat is the most probable outcome.
2-1 to the Trannies in front of 4,686, including 354 Saddlers.

Good to see Nicolls goal from Preston win on Sky soccer am, as a contender for 'good goals' from the Third Division.
Still has a contract to play for that little town in Poland (Warsaw) I see!
We need to on our mettle today, was going, but woke up with hangover from hell (god bless that Frosty Jack!)

The BBC websites seem to be sleeping...... no live videprinter, no team announcements
I've opened up another tab for Sky Sports to try and keep in touch.
.....update.... BBC now "live" (3.10pm)

One of our better players first half. Jimmy's kept us in it with two cracking saves - look out for the one from Baxter's freekick on the highlights, and Butler cleared a corner off the line.
With Chambers off what's the average age of this outfield ten - 21, 22 maybe? Who knows, we might nick something but Tranmere just got better and better as the half wore on. We're neat without threatening much at the moment.
