Re: MY LAST POST.
As Tinned says the old hissy resignation is a UTS tradition that has been over-looked in recent times. It is lovely to see its return.
Been on the cards for a while I reckon. What was a knock to confidence when Alan Buckley was exclusively revealed as our new manager was dealt a near knockout blow with the FORGET A NEW MANAGER WE ARE DOWN thread earlier this year - so assertive with them caps locked on as well. I heard James Caan was sacked from Dragons Den, must be difficult when your role-model and mentor gets the boot especially when that Deborah one keeps her job. Have you seen the replacement? Jeeez, Dragon's Den alright.
My attempts to goad the boy back are probably a bit obvious but something will do it I'm sure. I'd offer a spread at 10-15 days.
If it doesn't happen I genuinely look forward to hearing  offer giving a referee a simultaneous vocabulary and biology lesson at some southern ground later this year.

Just sort the number of posts into amount order, and you will see the ones that need to get a life. (perhaps look at > 5000 posts).

For another cool story about those "fools" of mods, follow the instructions below:

Me too.
I also miss Geordie (he did go a bit strange towards the end though).
Cat3 has also gone missing for some time.
As for the mods, well they're a diverse bunch but the site is part of everyday life for a lot of us so thanks for that and to the mods for their bit.

You're the second person to mention that.
Do we really want one, folks? I can pull a few strings for August...

You don't use strings in pool, it isn't tennis, you use a cue! Clueless!!

I'd be up for a return of the pool tournament. Need a chance of achieving a third time of losing to Ned by fouling on or potting the black when on a great break!
Also want to get a matching partner for my clown, Asps so kindly provided for me! :D

It's normally a summer occasion, but how would a Christmas event grab you this year? I'm moving house this summer so it'd be a bit of a squeeze.

Doffer on his day was comedy gold. Probably.
Anyway, I will miss his delightful trademark:
