Big Bazz will not be there. Far from needing the backing of a group or the control of a manager, Big Bazz, the one and only, the best, the unique, the superior and peerless, needs no backing band, no duet, no support act or extras, Big Bazz does it on his own. With his paintbrush.

Hutchings to blame player nausea due to the salty sea air.
Hutching's family to endeavour to get me thrown out for shouting "ABUSE ABUSE" again like they tried to do at Wycombe.
I hate Hutchings

Did they? Oh dear.
this is an away game, so I expect a plucky Walsall performance, and blind chance to throw us a 2-2 draw.
Geoff Whiting to knock his caravan off it's blocks after jumping up and down when the equaliser goes in in the 93rd minute.

I'll say 3-1 to them. Saints will score an own goal to help us out

[Scratching around for positivity mode]Our previous dire performance at Oldham was followed by the victory at Leeds and using that logic(?), we should beat Southampton! :D [/Scratching around for positivity mode]

I wouldn't show much resistance if they tried to throw me out. We will be to intoxicated to worry about how sh** we are on saturday anyway. The women can tell us on sunday morning.

Knowing Walsall we will probably turn up and hammer them. But in reality anything below 3 will be a bonus.

Southampton 1 Walsall 2.
Walsall follow Hutchings tactical gameplan to perfection, getting the ball in their half twice in the hope that Southampton make mistakes. This happens on both occasions, from which Deeney and Nicholls take advantage.
17,531 including 531 Saddlers.

In an absurd reversal of my entire time as a Walsall fan, we are set up better for playing away from home than at home. I think we'll get a point. 1-1 Deeney.

And if we can get past the "we are playing a big club" mindset, then a draw/win is entirely feasible. Southampton have failed to win 6 times from 13 attempts at home this season and even without their points deduction would only have 48 points on the board.

Of course totally ignoring the fact that Tuesday's defeat was BECAYSE of Ince

Personally I'd feel more confident with Gilmartin in goal

Re: Southampton (A) League 1 Saturday 27/2/10.
We may well be more motivated playing in front of a crowd.
1-1 draw, the scorer will probably not be Darren Byfield.
Then again, it could be a 3-0 loss.

Bit of a tough game for rene to come into. No doubt he drop a clanger and then the fans will be baying for his blood. He seemed to be coming into form untill the injury i hope that rene has a decent game. he deserves his chance and long may it continue
