Do we even have enough players to be able to field a reserve side? :?

His name wasn't on the team sheet - would he be eligible to play though?

Re: Reserves v Sheffield Wednesday 6/1/08
Have been to the game today.
Given that the Carlisle game was off Saturday I thought there may have been a few of the 1st team selected but as you will have seen from the OS the team consisted of youth players plus Gilmartin, Zabboub and Smith. The Wednesday team was also very youthful.
Overall I thought we were the better team and were unlucky not to have won. We passed the ball well and there was very little long ball stuff. The goal was the result of a really good move down the right ending with a cross and lay off to the edge of the box for Davies to strike home. I did think Rene should have done better with their goal, a shot from 20 yds out. We had 3 or 4 good efforts which on another day could have gone in. I was impressed with Will Grigg who as lone striker held the ball up well and Sean Geddes and Sam Adkins who ran the midfield.
Brian Laws watched the first 25 mins but was never off his mobile! Dave Penney, the Darlington manager was also watching. He left as soon as Zaaboub (who was poor) was subbed so maybe he's going North.
Only about 40 attendance of which around half a dozen were Walsall supporters. Thanks to Steve for the mints!
