Just remembered, i was there when we last played Swindon at thier place. We thrashed them 4-1 that day with some great organised free flowing football.
Something tells me the only thing free flowing after the match on Saturday will be layer on layer of poo talk coming from Paul Merson uneducated rambling cake hole.

Futher to that Reading Saddler in a thread on the Football Forums site most fans in our division said that they thought Merson was the second worst manager in the league after Barry Fry. This is the opinion of unbiased observers who have seen us play.
Swindon 3-1 Walsall.
But at the moment I don't plan to go so expect us to win if I don't!

Amended from August.
This week's shuffle of the pack will see .........dropped and ...........recalled.
There will probably be a bit of pretty football (12 minutes at about 2 quid a minute) during which time we will have some corners and maybe even some shots. We might even score.
This weeks defensive blunder leading to a goal against will come from........
This week's bog-eyed official is..........
The weekly goal-keeping error will be brought to you by.........
The aftermatch excuse will be.............
Don't worry, most of the above will also apply to Swindon exept they will probably be organised and fit.

TEAM SELECTION????
What would everyones team selection be for this game?
I have a few selections in mind but this is the one that I am currently favouring...
Oakes
Pead Gerrard Roper Purpetuini
MWright Wrack Osborn Surman
Fryatt Joachim
Subs
Leitao
Kinsella
K Taylor
Emblen (if fit)
Coleman
At least we'd be able to try and hit them with pace!
May be tempted to put Merse on the bench and risk not having a reserve keeper.
Thoughts?

I'd go with that, except I'd drop Darren "Look how far I can run away from the ball" Wrack and put Kris Taylor in, that we'll have some bit and tenacity in the midfield.
I'd then stick Merson on the bench instead of Emblen and sod the defender.

Thoughts - agree with your team, except 2 from Taylor, Broad, and Standing in midfield. Then Its Merson's team. So he a) might get a performance out of them that the club desperately needs - which he isn't out of the players he has publically rubbished. And b) Its one less pathetic excuse for him to use if he doesn't.
I don't think we can look to Emblen, Wrack, Osborn, and Leitao to be part of a relegation scrap.

Merson will get the team selection wrong again.
Swindon's form might not be great and they might not get paid, but their fitness and motivation will still be light years ahead of us
Does Emblen have the same type of groin strain as Robinson! Enough to keep an unwanted player out of the team.
The only way we will score will be an own goal, perhaps a long ball that falls unusually kindly for Fryatt or Joachim (unlikely)
I usually listen to Radio WM for away games, but doubt I will even bother tomorrow. This must be the biggest shambles this club has been in for decades.
If Swindon offer us a 4 0 defeat, Merson should snap their hands off.
Bonser, get your head out of the sand and start taking some responsibility for this mess. You appointed someone who can not do the job. If you can not sort it out, you are not a fit person to be running a business - but there again no one in this club is fit for anything
