is on a state visit this weekend and the red carpets are being rolled out.
Should we welcome him ? If not where is Owen Jones, John Bercow, Sadiq Khan and their cronies to organize some kind of mass protest ?
They are quick enough to demonize other leaders of free countries but dictators can come and go as they please it seems ! :(

So are you saying we should welcome him with his human rights track record ?

Erdogan has been playing the conservative religious card to establish himself for years. He's a cack bag and Turkey would be so much better if he was removed, not least for the shady cack he's dragged them into with Syria.

You want me to lost everything that’s wrong?
Rape? Murder? Assault? Abuse? Racism? Sexism? Homophobia? Peodophilia? I mean this seems a pretty pointless excercise.

Re: President Erdogan
Oh absolutely did. I meant Trump. Which you clearly did but just didn’t want to say for some reason.
Probably because it’s got literally fudge all to do with this guy and why he shouldn’t come here either.
But I mean, you asked a question I answered it.

Yeah well at least I did haha unvelieveable from you considering your opening post to be blaming me for that.
Annoying when people don’t outright refer to something they are clearly talking about isn’t it?

Take your own advice then. Ask vague questions you’ll get vague answers

Just for a moment I thought I must be reading another debate taking this to be another reference to the Brexit referendum.

Re: President Erdogan
I'd put Mr Erdogan and Mr Trump in the same douchebag category myself - neither should be welcomed to our shores

Yes I don't believe he should be welcomed, and neither should the red carpet have been rolled out for the visit of the Saudi prince either.
That's real politik and money verses a moral stance in action though.

Exactly. Britain is amongst the world’s biggest arms dealers. Those two countries are amongst our largest customers.
