As I am away from first thing in the morning for a week, here is the updated table after today's games.
Generally scoring was pretty good, although poor old Leatherman is doing something of a Fulham at the moment! Chin up and you'll start scoring!
The winning score was 4 points this week, achieved by Exile and SaddlerCrewe. Well done to you two again for winning a week, but I do hope it doesn't start an epidemic where people just copy Exile's predictions :roll: Not that I'm accusing SaddlerCrewe of anything! :wink:

Next Saturday's games thread (week 5) is already up as I won't be back till late Friday and that doesn't leave much time for predictions!!

Updated table for week 5 after this weekend's games. A very good weekend of scoring with the likes of Posh and the 'plastic Utd smackers' all winning! So much so, that there were no blobs at all this week and the winning score was an excellent 5 points, achieved by itasaddler - well done to you!

A slightly stunted set of fixtures next Saturday but there are still 7 games, so a thread will be set up on Tuesday.

Updated table after this weekend's reduced fixture list.
Generally pretty healthy scoring with the help of some of the 'biggies' securing expected home wins which a lot went for. Maybe only Bradford let a few down! The winning score was 4 points, achieved by Sheffield Saddler and canadiansaddler - well done to you two!

We now have co-leaders in the shape of itasaddler and SaddlerCrewe, although itasaddler is top of the tree due to alphabetical order as well as he is the only one who has had a 5 point haul!

Next weekend's thread should be good to go on Tues eve.

Here is the table after today's games. Poor scoring generally, mainly because Posh drew at home and Leyton Orient continued their poor start to the season, which affected a lot of scores. There were a few blobs and lots of 1s, but the winning score was 4 points, by 1933, well done!

The thread for Tuesday's games (and there is 1 on Wednesday) is already up and running (week 8)

Well, what a strange set of results last night! Not only did the 'not so super saddlers' take a 4-0 thumping on the chin, but almost every other team dropped their form for the evening. As a result the whole prediction field ended up with 0 or 1! That is, except one! With a mighty score of 2 points (!), well done to Leatherman, who is the week's winner.

Definitely a more 'normal' scoring week yesterday with some more predictable results that gave people their points. No blobs, for only the second week this season, and the winning score was 4 points, achieved by Welsh_Saddler and longdogs, well done to both of you!

Things are pretty tight at the top, but it is very early days, so lots can happen over the course of 46 prediction weeks! Next Saturday's thread will be up on Tues eve.
