Meant to post about this at tbe weekend but forgot before going away sunday morning.
Couldn't do the table sat night as so many people predicted the sunday game between cov and preston. It will be done when i am back from scotland on saturday.
I will then do another table for this coming weekend after that.

No worries mate, are we having Scottish fixtures this week then?

Ha ha! I watched some of the Scottish league highlights on sunday night as they don't do MOTD2 up here and believe me, you wouldn't want to bother predicting them!

OK - here's how it works. Me and Asps face each other and join both our hands together with a rope or something to help with the struggling and the sandwichee (filling) gets in the middle. The filling wears a blindfold and is naked. Everyone is naked but we tell you that later because it helps with the game. This is normal and traditional. Then everyone wrestles and the winner is the one who doesn't cry out. It's Romano-Greek wrestling which they do in Olympics. Last time we did it I did a nasty mess which smelled bad. They think it's vomit but it's just something else. When this happens the game stops because some people get upset and angry. But I don't because it's just different rules and is just another way of winning. Rules that I learned from Father O'Reilly - a friend of the family - now firmly ensconced in the Vatican legal department. It's called Romano-Greek wrestling and it's in the Olympics.

Here is table from week 4 (Bank Holiday weekend). Okay scoring, 2 blobs, and two new predictors, one of whom won the week with 4 points, so well done to lichsaddler!

The usual supsects are at the top! It can soon all change though!

Here is the table for week 5 after yesterday's games. It was possibly one of the worst ever prediction weeks for points as so many people went for supposed home bankers that didn't come off. So, out of 35 predictors, 18 scoring diddly zip, and only 3 predictors scored more than a point! The winner was Aldridge-saddler with a score of 4 points, well done!

With a great run of form going, Aldridge has zoomed to the top of the table and got a nice little lead now. One or two predictors who haven't played the last 4 weeks in a row have now been removed from the table so it is back to one column. If they decide to predict again, I will reinstate them.

Let's see if we can all do better with our predictions this coming week!

Long time since an update! And here it is! this is week 6 (which included the 3 games on Tuesday night).
Mixture of scoring to be honest and were a few blobs, but the winners were Old Penk Saddler, HK Saddler and Fray Bentos Is God, scoring 4 points. Well done you three!

The gap at the top as narrowed a bit after this week. We'll see what happened after week 7 shortly!

Here is the table after week 7 (last weekend).
There were a couple of blobs, but for the first time this season, the winning score this week wasn't 4 points! A number of people achieved the winning score of 3 points, which included: Saigon, FBIG, Flemish, Manchester Saddler, King Crimson, Yours Truly, and Casual D. Well done to all!

The table has got even tighter at the top now as Aldridge has had a couple of less than his usual spectacular weeks!

Ha! Aldridge is an incompetent buffoon! His brief flirt with glory has vanished into the ether, along with his pride and his future.

We all know what's going to happen next: Total shock and awe.

Total shock and awe's about right - I think Saigon's fluked himself a ridiculous amount of points this week. He should be banned with immediate effect.

Here is the table after week 8. Only one blob, but lots of scoring elsewhere. The winning score was the biggest so far this season, 5 points, achieved by Saigon Saddler and Me! Well done to us both, but I dread the posts we are now going to see over the next couple of days on this thread  !! :D

Table is now getting more interesting as top spot is being hotly contested and the seasoned predictors are occupying the top half of the table and challenging for euro places!

Week 9 thread is now up and running.

I'm too classy for gloating or goading, but look at me! I'm brilliant! BRILLIANT!
I will outline my assessment on the challengers I see before me in the near future, but for the moment I am happy to luxuriate in the soiled bathwater of my own supremacy. Fantastic! However, one thing I have noticed...

Wow! What a weekend for scoring! Possibly the highest number of points scored in any prediction week with loads of 3s and 4s, as well as no blobs!
The winning score was 5 points once again, achieved by no less than 4 players: Saigon, Manchester, Rob Harvey and Old Penk Saddler. Well done to you all!

Getting hot at the top as so many people are in form at the moment!

Bitter.

Another high five for ME, another top score for ME and I bestride the prediction throne like a corpulent, falsetto ladyboy. You are there too. Why? Why are you disrespecting my massive prediction genius and numbing one of my grotesque buttock cheeks on the throne of achievement?

GET OUT.

I don't like sharing, and will begin to screech if this injustice continues. I'm having this.

Here is the table after week 10. Much lower scoring after the points fest of the last two weeks. A couple of blobs and the winning score was only 3 points, scored by the following predictors: Old Penk Saddler, FBIG, Martkrugeley saddler, IHTC, Leatherman, tinned, and Exile. Well done to all of you.
A little bit of movement in the table and a new outright leader!
