Re: Prediction League 1: Table 2013-2014
Table after week 3 games. Lower scoring this week due to Brentford, Sheff Utd and ourselves all failing to win and there were 3 people with a big fat zero! But, the week's winner, with 4 points, was Tyldesley_Saddler. Well done!
In these early weeks, there is quite a bit of movement, with people shooting up and down the table - so don't get too despondent or cocky!
It has been good to see lots of new predictors this season so far and we are over 40 at the moment. This has meant going back to a double column table to make it a readable image on here. I have noticed already that a few people who predicted the first week haven't predicted since, so, to help make life a bit easier, and to get it back to a one column table if possible, I am going to insert a rule that any predictor who doesn't predict for 4 weeks in a row, I'm going to assume has lost interest, given up, bailed, thrown toys out of the pram, gone off in a sulk, whatever you want to call it ( ) and they will be scrubbed from the table.
Next week's fixtures will be set up tomorrow as there are Friday games.

IHTC and Welsh Saddler still lead the way. Next Saturday's games thread will be up tomoz or Tues.
Exile cheats, he posted his last entry at 11.17 pm (New Zealand time) on Saturday. Surely it's not right to be able to post that late on a Saturday.
He must've already known the results, put him into admin I say.
He should start on minus 10 points!
Entered at one minute past midnight on Sunday (NZ time) this week.
Disgusting he can get away with it.
Must've had an addled brain after a Saturday night out though..only got one point!

Not sure if this is heading for a whoosh but I can't see why you have picked up on Exile's prediction times for the last two weeks.
According to the prediction thread he has posted at 1.01pm and kick off times are 3.00pm so he is nearly 2 hours within the cut off time. Even more so last week??

I'm so glad someone else sees it my way.
He probably does a bloody Haka before he picks his scores! (that should be minus 15 points for a start) :P

NO!
What the chuffing flump is going on?
So the Welsh wizard is top again? What are you - some kind of Gandalfesque prediction colossus?
You must be stopped. You WILL be stopped. I am not having my prediction eminence dragged through the mud of mediocrity by allowing some kind of inhuman evil genius to gain another undeserved victory. Prepare for your evisceration.
And picking over the extrusions of the rest of the inferior multitude, I have come across these gobbits:
I will drag the contest into the prediction equivalent of a Stalingrad tractor factory and bleed your capillaries white.
As opposed to the most humiliating choke ever - 58 points up in April and coasting, only to trip up on fumbled shoelaces, crash into the mirror of dignity and disappear into the well of incompetence while flashing the soiled knickers of ignominy.
Absolutely. No. Chance.
Upstart annoyances will be swatted from the sky and squashed under the flip-flop of domination.
I am just warming up the furnace of justice, whereupon I will forge such an instrument of terror that all shall be amazed and despair! I will shame the seething legions of predictors into a never ending torment of intellectual poverty and gnawing doubt. You will need permission to empty your bowels.
Here is a clip of perhaps the best film of all time. It may console you ALL as you collectively struggle to comprehend your degenerating weakness. I am a giant robot!

nice poster Saigon, will look good stuck on the tracks of my prediction panzer as it rumbles on to final victory

As long as I beat Saigon - I don't care!!
Absolutely. No. Chance.
You are being thrashed by Crewe too

Don't worry Welshman. Saigon hasn't predicted yet. He will wait until everyone has predicted and then copy MY predictions. But since you won last year, you must be a target this year.

Come on - be a man! Admit that you are utterly useless.

Is that a squeak I hear from behind?
Oh yes! Tyldesley Saddler - a newbie (either that or so crap in previous seasons that I have failed to notice you).
I might take notice of your squeaking when you overtake Saigon - but that will only prove that you are marginally less crap than he is.

Tyldesley has predicted in the past. He was doing well last season until he chose to duck out for a while, then came back intermitently towards the end of the season. I predict he will be top half this year and pushing for a european place!

I can't work out why Saigon is called Saigon anyway.
It should surely be HoChiMinhCity.
I guess he's behind the times, still back in the 70's, probably wears flares and has rather large sideburns and a medallion.

Meant to post about this at tbe weekend but forgot before going away sunday morning.
Couldn't do the table sat night as so many people predicted the sunday game between cov and preston. It will be done when i am back from scotland on saturday.
I will then do another table for this coming weekend after that.

Ha ha! I watched some of the Scottish league highlights on sunday night as they don't do MOTD2 up here and believe me, you wouldn't want to bother predicting them!
