Moussa's a midfielder. Beavon's a striker. A striker who scored too many goals for someone like us to sign him, at that.

If Wycombe can afford Beavon, we can.

Difference is, Wycombe signed him before he scored 21 league goals.

I thought Mark Randall of Chesterfield looked good in midfield.

Might be true, but they'd be very unwise. Financial fair play will make it even harder for players to get contracts, where did Julian Gray end up again? Cyprus?

As an e.g. Football Rumours has us linked again with Peter Bore, who was offered a contract by Grimsby last summer, turned it down, spent the pre-season trawling round FL clubs thinking he'd get a deal. Then ended up at Harrogate Town.

Because the bloke is a consistent tit where ever he goes, rolls around on the pitch like a toddler in the supermarket having a strop and he's a devil worshipper.

Player N

Tue May 01, 2012 10:05 am

Please can we stop this nonsense of referring to individual players by name - and even worse by individual thread.
As has been said elsewhere, it will be a miracle if anyone is careless/stupid enough to sign a contract here before about June 20th.

I got laughed at by certain people on here for suggesting to sign him last summer...

Great player brought up the right way.
