Re: Prediction League 1: Table 2010-2011
Copied from current (5th) prediction thread:
Last season's success was generated after a formal declaration of war against Manchester. Although it is quite early in the preceedings I feel that is it only a matter of time. Therefore a mutual protection pact is in operation. Long life the Sai-son or Crim-gon pact!
King Crimson wrote:SaigonSaddler wrote:King Crimson wrote:Ah, the old "two - nil home win" formula, eh Manchester? Like a Sicilian Defence, it is the default position of the novice devoid of creativity. ;)
I agree.
Nil points for Manchester in terms of skill and style. At least I creatively achieved nil points with a delightful, if incorrect, 2-1 prediction.
Thought you two were allies? Is there a tad of discord in the Entente Cordial? :)
PS: Stick with me kidda, and ditch that metal-headed loser.

I see.
Saigon you are a despicable, treachorous maggot who (a) cannot predict (b) cannot admit to yourself that I am great. You envy me and my predictive prowess.
And King Crimsom, revealing your true colours at last. The 2-0 formula works as I consistently kick your crimson bottom in this prediction league. There's no point being creative if you get nil points every week and slide down the table faster than stone tumbling into a bottomless pit.
If its war you want, you've got it! I only agreed to some kind of pact with the perverted one to prop up his pathetic ego.
I look forward to humilating you both for the rest of the season.
How about the "King Gone" as a name for your pathetic pact?
You're both simply jealous of my superior skills.
:D

Whilst you may have the measure of my orientalophile ally, I will point out that it is "Crimson" with an "n".
The rest of your post I'll let go.:)

Well, smarty pants, we've organised a meeting at Sunnyside social club in Cleethorpes (see prediction week 5 thread) to cement the alliance with flat beer and pork scratchings! Time for a tot of Victorian daring-do and associated taste of British King-Gone spunk!

Actually, I was only looking forward to the Darby and Joan Bingo. Referring to the latter part of your post, I may have to cry off.

I'd get out now if I were you KC. Saigon is like an anchor round your neck - you're performances are dire enough as it is, without Saigon dragging you down even further.

I wonder if Crimson would agree to sharing any points he wins with me:
For example - next week Crimson 2 points, Saigon 0 points, meaning we would share one point each. Everyone's a winner!
