Mark Little, George Friend and Daniel Jones released by the dingles. All three would be decent additions to our squad.

Mentioned previously:-

Simon Francis (from Southend), Mark Little and Daniel Jones (both Wolves) would be excellent signings in my opinion.

ankergran would be a cracking signing, not quite sure why Leeds have let him go.

Me don't think we'll get him though.

Little's off to Peterborough & Jones to Bristol Rovers, I believe.

George Friend could be a decent signing though - proven ability & the right age.

 Its all we can probably get at the moment :D Im sure Doherty could still do a job for us, Cureton would be a risk but if we could have him on a relatively small wage he could be back up, in place of Parkin :D

Out of those 3 I would MAYBE take Doherty on a pay-as-you-play contract as he would want alot. If we did do that then he would play 5 games at most

Is it because they got promoted and don't think he's fitting in with their Championship plans, Tone?

Ankergren would demand a high wage and he really is not that good! Cureton I have always rated and wished we signed him seasons ago, so yeah thers a good chance we will sign him! Matt I dont think Doherty is going to sign a pay as you play deal at walsall come on buddy.

I see Southampton have let 13 go. Anyone reckon hutch will be in for David Conolly? Great striker at this level but its keeping him fit.

Is there a decent site which is updated regularly listing all released players?

One of Hutching better musings. I think that he is correct in thinking that player expectations will be more realistic and that other clubs will be reducing their budgets also.

Usual doomonger comments to the article though
