Wouldn't he get first dibs under the football creditors rule?

Summer Transfer Rumours 2012

Both parties that have submitted bids for the club (Portpin and the Supporters Trust) have made a reduction in the wage bill a condition of the sale. So it is most likely the administrator who will have ostracised the remaining high earners. As Stu says, the problem will come if players like Ben Haim are happy to train with the youth team for a year while seeing out their fat contracts. I would imagine that a lot of hints are currently being dropped about how displeased some of the more "hardcore" Pompey fans might be if players were seen to be responsible for the club folding. Imagine that bloke with the bell turning up at your house at 5am for a month or two.

Mantom is in the squad for Baggies youth v Worcester, so Deffo not released and not with first team, more chance of a loan rather than a permanent move.

I think this explains why Mantom sounded peeved on twitter.
He's been excluded from the 1st team squad (of 25) pre-season tour and sent off to play with the youngsters.
Think this indicates that he's not wanted at the Albion. Time to move on, or at least move out on loan for 12 months and prove them wrong.

I honestly beleive with us he has found his level. He is ok, but not a world beater. He has also spent the last 4 close seasons in the gym "bulking up", which having seen him begs the question why keep bothering!!!
His best move right now would be to drop his ego and get a season of first team football under his belt. He was quoted as saying he wanted championship football this year but to be honest I am not sure he is up to it. Best bet will be come to us for a year and go back to the baggies next season aftyer they have been relegated and cant afford any other players.

Both good signings to be fair. Although Orient can use the pull of London living (as well as better wages than us) to sign players.

Re: Summer Transfer Rumours 2012
Realistically, the Baggies have a very decent midfield, so he was never going to get a chance of a few games there, regardless of wether he thinks he is good enough or not.
Someone should tell him to have another season down here with Mr Cuvelier and get himself a decent move for next season

The Albion "team" lost the game at Worcester last night - and according to their official site Mantom did not play and was not even in the final named team/substitutes. Late call up to go to Sweden - or negotiating a deal with us??

I wouldnt mind taking a look at Saido Berahino, young youth striker at Albion. Went on-loan to Brentford last season and I saw him tear a winger a new ring in a live game. Went to the training squad, but certainly isn't going to be anywhere on the managers first, or even reserve team scene. I'd be sniffing around him.

Can't see that one. We've already got 3 young strikers in Grigg, Bowerman and Williams, even arguably Paterson making 4.
The last thing we need is another 21 year old striker.

Brandy would be great - pace, pace and more pace - something we have been lacking for years up top.

Perhaps on Football Manager, but his career record at the level below this is predominantly dire. Think people might associate his name with a good signing, reminds me of Leon Knight.

Spot on, If we sign him yeah he might be fast but we will still need to sign another striker that can finish because Fabian Brandy certainly cant.

It might be that he hasn't found the right club yet. Remember Randy Camel?
