Realistically it shouldn't be easy for Bradford at Villa Park, but if Villa's finishing is as bad as last night, our illustrious neighbours will probably struggle to get nil (IMHO).

Thats rich - somebody who takes their child to villa park rather than their own club lecturing me over Bescots attendences.

Blame me all you want for YOU not attending YOUR club, but the first few pages you seemed more interested being at Wembley.

Oh, so you can hate on Stoke all you want but if any of us dare post 'typical and illogical' responses about villa we MUST be jealous and ignorant? You don't know half the things I've been through at the hands of villa fans, and I'm not talking about office banter.

Your generally a smart guy pal, so I beg you have some consideration before you look down on others in such a crass manner for not liking what you do.

And the utterly loathesome Ivanovic can claim assists for both goals.

Lovely.

My only wish is that Midlands fans would enjoy the successes of Midlands clubs, rather than rejoicing when a northern, southern, eastern or western club gives one of ours a good tanking. Maybe I'd just like it to be a perfect world, which I know ain't gonna happen.

Not sure what Stoke have been more successful at over these last few years Sheff, apart from putting more opponents on the treatment table than any other club in the prem! If that gets 'em higher up the league, then it's a shame really, and I find it hard to condone it

Anyone not delighting in the misfortunes of local rivals cannot really love their club, just treat it as a vaguely interesting hobby akin to someone else producing a spectacular brass rubbing. The Vile are scum and the dingles are worse.

Re: SOTV

Can you imagine for one second, a Manchester City fan "enjoying the success" of the other club in their city - Manchester United? Or even fans of other local North West clubs like Liverpool or Everton being "proud" that a North West club like Manchester United is putting the North West on the map with its success?

Or Everton fans "rejoicing" because of the success of Liverpool in the 80's?

Or Tottenham fans "dancing with joy" when other "local" clubs like Arsenal and Chelsea winning the league?

And do you think for a second that Birmingham fans, Albion fans, Wolves fans - and even Coventry fans are sad because Aston Villa are having their backsides kicked with maximum prejudice by a side three divisions below them?

Geoff - you must be an alien because surely any red-blooded human football fan who supports Walsall would SURELY want ALL other West Midlands clubs to FAIL FAIL AND FAIL AGAIN in order to elevate Walsall to the top of the Midlands tree.

Are you an alien Geoff?
