I thought Deans tactics were spot on, keep it tight for 90 minutes and hope we grab a goal.

The fact we kept a clean sheet should be applauded.

Lets be honest, we were dross. Northamptons manager did a Whitney and took Crooks off who mullered Leahy all game. Once the mishit cross didnt go in they never believed, and we smelled blood then.

Its not over yet, but had we not won that we wouldn't have much of a chance imo. Not seen scenes like that for a long long time. I ended up in a different row.

The footage from the away end is superb. The mahoosive roar of celebration and relief and the pandemonium that ensued are a joy to watch.

It does highlight the knife edge these games/seasons balance on. The look of resigned dejection from the Cobblers lot could soo easily have been in our end.
