Gillespie couldn't save his pocket money, worst keeper we've had in many years.

I cannot find any positives in this & am grateful the analysis is in Welsh.

One of the summarisers on Wales says he knows Whitney and has spoken this week. He's blaming the players-that will be the explanation, always is.

Morris was onside there.

Lovely ball from Edwards, he's been the best of a desperate bunch.

It'll give the clueless Scunthorpe his cliche excuse for the night. Agreed though, but it looked offside real time

People rage against Morris on here but Ismail is giving a dismal wide player showing tonight. He's on another level of ineptness.

Those who said Walsall's win at Doncaster was 'a false dawn' are absolutely correct. This is abject.

If we lose tonight Whitney must go.

People go on about Morris, but Ismail has done absolutely nothing.

Not even difficult for Newport. Probably not had an easier game all season.

Can hear Whitney Out chants - top work by the fans.

Bye Whitney.

70 minutes gone, 2-0 down and only 1 sub, Whitless hasn't a clue what to do to change it! Can hear plenty of Whitney out chants as well.

Wow - you guys are real torch paper. Deep breaths people - did you bet your mortgage on a win?

First of all its clear that we've got more individual skill. Massive credit to Newport though - defending as a unit, taking their chances, standing off the ball - not allowing us to break them down and they've got the crowd right behind them, truly being a 12th man. Our fans are singing for Whitney out...

Whitney needs to do more to sort this out, looks like we're rightly going out of the cup. Low team confidence is clear to see.

Cue one of the following after 90 minutes:
1, we were unlucky,
2, cannot fault the effort of the players.
3, the referee changed the game with that offside decision.
4, the supporters booing didn't help matters.

What he should be saying is "I am not a football manager, I am a physio/past grave digger and I resign forthwith and I am taking my lovechild Bakayoko with me".

Given that we've probably taken 500 tops, most of them seem to have had enough of his whines "your not fit to manage us" seems to be popular as well
