It's a shame we've scored, in a way, because all it will do is make them angry and score 3 or 4 more in revenge......
50 minutes, and we have our 3rd corner......

Have to agree I'm afraid. No shortage of effort from everyone but no application in the first half at all.

Etheridge just caught off his line from long range for Preston's third. Sounds familiar.

Whitney probably thinks you get points for winning the second half.
Bet he's parked the bus at 1-4.

Re: Rotherham United (A) Tues 12 Sep, 7.45pm
You don't always get what you deserve in football but then sometimes, like tonight you do. 1-1 about right for the 2nd half, 4-0 about right for the 1st so overall 5-1 is a fair result.
In fairness they gave it go in the 2nd half but after that first half it was going to take something much more special than just a decent 2nd half showing to make any difference.

Time to bring this sorry episode to an end. This chap does a Merson. Gets just enough results at the right times to secure his future but underlying is utter clueless cack.
Time's up.

Back to square one after a reasonable run of results and performances. Another downward turn in results to follow or just a blip?

Far from convinced about JW myself but the player have to take responsibility for this one.

I guess that James O'Connor would be too respectful of the fans to be sitting at home laughing his tits off...but where his opinion of Ironman is concerned, he might just be having a smile to himself tonight.
