Do any Saddlers have an interest in photography? I'm missing a quick release plate for a Bilora 491 tripod, and can't get a replacement in NZ. My olds are visiting next month and could bring one over with them. Anyone keen on helping out a fellow please send me a message!

Much appreciated. Out here in the wilds they looked at me funny and tried to sell me a new one. When they got it out of the box the quick release plate was missing!

Tried my local Jessops store. Didn't start off well with them looking non plussed when I gave the name Bilora! He checked on the system. Nothing. He did a web search and found something but not your exact make. He suggested going with some a generic fit but I think he was flawed by the item and probably would suggest getting a new tripod.
How old is your one?
