There is not, (i repeat not) going to be another referendum so i suggest we all work together to ensure we get the best deal possible.
I personally would just walk away but that's my opinion and i don't have to explain or justify it to anyone either on here or anywhere else :)

Saying it doesn’t make it so. The leadership (and I use the term loosely) being shown by the crowd nominally in charge of negotiating the departure from the EU is bordering on negligent, aimless and rudderless. The latest in a long line of backtracks, excuses, and deceit sees yet more light cast upon overspending and indiscriminate use of data harvested in social media to influence the vote in a negative manner. If it can be shown that illegalities occurred, there’ll be another vote, or the last one will be swept under the carpet.

It is, after all, a non-binding referendum.

A "non-binding referendum" that is now enshrined into Law, you forgot to add that bit on the end.

It’s unbelievable that those trying so hard to ram Brexit down everyine’s throats lie pathologically about it to make it seem remotely acceptable. These ‘alternative facts’ have influenced many voters who still think the media isn’t biased, and that what they’ve read is gospel truth.

Victorian dad would have known the truth, but he ignored to suit his own agenda.

What greater enditement of the state of the nation. Forget not being able to produce your own passports, keep libraries open, provide basic support to vulnerable old folk, fund a police force etc; you know you are really in trouble when you have to outsource the production of the "facist xenophobic diatribe, opiate for the masses, that passes as news" overseas too.

One lady appears to have used the article to comment on how the French laugh at her for speaking French, despite having a degree in 'French stuff'. It got that bad that they have to leave France after 11 years of living there.....................................right.

The best deal, Pinnacle, is to scrap Brexit before it's too late. I can't "work together" with short-sighted people who still think we will be better off out of the EU but cannot tell me why!

Even the Blue Passport fiasco has come back to bite you lot on the arse!

Negotiate with the world’s largest single market, or Britain. Negotiate with the EU now, or sit on our thumbs waiting for the final conclusion of Brexit to negotiate with Britain. Hmmm. Tough call for NZ. There’s plenty who remember what happened when Britain joined the EU!

Waste of time Newport.
Denial is all these sad people have.
They thrive on Gina Miller visiting Brussels in hope of stopping Brexit,
Gina Miller exactly.
The lady, and I use that term lightly, who dragged the nation through the courts to be told to shut up.
Apparently from what I read ( but I am sure Saigon can correct me from Singapore, the man that knows everything but proves nothing, or Manchester can also considering he knows our minds better than we do, want me to quote you again Manchester ?) she had a meeting with Guy twerp, the chief twerp at the EU, and they cried over a cup of Ugandan (because that is where the undemocratic crybaby is from) tea and then got on the mobile to War Criminal Tony Blair to see if he had conducted anymore polls to say we should Leave the EU (which yet again were hijacked by those pesky realistic people that actually see the grass is greener outside the corrupt EU) and decided we shall continue with their fruitless pursuit of righting the wrongs of a democratic vote that they lost because they know better than us minions.
And who are we to argue.
As Manchester has already said on this post, we didn't know what we voted for and we will all be dead soon as those that voted Leave are OAP soon for our graves.

Who made the EU, un-elected, the bee all and end all all ?
So after we leave the EU we can't trade with anyone because we are tarred with the EU ?
Wake up and smell the coffee from NZ.
We can trade with who we want.
Exile I actually agree with a lot of your posts but this time butt out.
You don't even reside in the UK, unlike I do, so fudge with your opinion.
If you have such a high opinion of the UK come back and live here and your vote would count.

Swampy lad, you told me why you voted Brexit (look it up) so everything I need to know from you is as clear as glass.

You are very scathing about Remainers; why this deep-seated anger? There is genuinely no need to insult people who disagree with you.

Why do you do it?

People won't respect you for it. They may think "Swampy's a great chap!" but woe betide them if they say something that goes against the Swampy code. They change from being liked to become "cry-babys, snowflakes, war-criminals,undemocratic" etc. etc. etc.

It's kind of ironic that you call somebody a cry-baby actually, because in this (and other) posts, you throw your toys out of the pram regularly like a petculant child - hurling insults.

You are genuinely unable to grasp the premise that people aren't necessarily going to adhere to the commandments in the Bible of Swampy - that they will scoff at the Book of Tyldesley Saddler and reject the preachings of Maximus.

Given recent revelations about the Lie Campaign - er sorry the Leave Campaign - it kind of proves that a lot of Brexiters didn't know what they voted for.

In your case, I think you did. You said so.

And it doesn't surprise me given your history on UTS.

Nevertheless, I'm a nice guy and a positive guy willing to give you a chance. So I will continue to ignore the veiled (and not so veiled) insults in the hope that perhaps you can engage without the need to hand out insults and have a reasonable chat about this (and other) topics.

Amazing ! Its still hard for me to believe you can actually get a degree in speaking slowly (with a mandatory pause between each syllable), increasing the volume, and doing an impression of a hen laying every time you want to buy some eggs.

Actually she would have come back sooner, unfortunately it took 10 years and 11 months, doing an impression of a ship setting sail for blighty, broken only by frenetically humming a few bars of "theres no place like home", before a traumatised travel agent finally got the message and gave her a ticket back home. Her husband poor fellow is still stranded as he doesnt have a degree in French.

I have little doubt that we will agree a deal. Important to consider how much trade will actually be done though. Sending stuff to the other side of the globe versus the other side of the channel will cost money.

Anyroad, Swampy, look out for me in Gib on Sunday. I'll be the one wearing the "Don't blame me, I voted Remain" T-shirt

Among the G7, the UK was the only economy to see a deceleration in growth between 2016 and 2017, which does point to the dampening impact of Brexit-related uncertainty on UK business investment

Businesses hate uncertainty more than anything. The more confident of the future they are the more they will make plans and investments.

This constant whinging by Remainers is not good for the economy. The best thing everyone can do now is accept we're leaving and ensure we all work towards making the best of it we can.

They KNOW that Brexit will be a disaster though. That's why we are slowing down. There is no confidence in the future and the signs are there already. The best thing we can do is NOT all leap off the cliff edge like Brexiter Lemmings and stop this madness in it's tracks.

If you were asked to hurl yourself off a cliff just because half the population had voted to do so, I doubt you would do it, Tinned. yet this is exactly what is happening with Brexit.

Refute this evidence if you want but it is there as plain as the nose on your face - oh - maybe not because you have cut it off to spite your face!!
