Seriously, of the clubs of similar size that were in the second tier early this millennium, they're the only ones to have done better than us. Grimsby, Crewe , Tranmere. a little wider Stockport, Luton. Not sure what that says, if it says anything.

First time i have seen him play for more than a few minutes. thought he had a decent game and tried really hard. Unlucky not to score in first half.

O.k maybe I'm being too harsh.

I still don't see him as a lone striker though. With ozzy injured I think Whitney should've put Jackson back in upfront and had Makris in the Ozzy role, think he'd be more effective that way.
