Indeed we are.....but aren't we supposed to concede early in the second half? Very strange.......

Nosebleed time....as things stand we are 16th in the table !!

Northampton Town 1 Bristol Rovers 2

Bury 1 Scunthorpe United 2

Oldham Athletic 0 MK Dongs 2

Port Vale 0 Coventry City 2

70 minutes in our game, and still no substitutions - surely Moussa must be knackered by now?

(EDIT......on 73 minutes Kouhyar takes Moussa's place....I'd better do the lottery tonight!!)

They must mean Millwall's attacking half, as the free kick came straight after Millwall's umpteenth corner!

Southend United 1 Peterborough United 0 (78 min)

Jabo Ibehre scores for Carlisle.....earlier on Troy Deeney was on target for Watford.

The result could easily have been different, so really happy with the win.

We were again poor in central defence, but got away with it.

We actually played some decent stuff in spells and most of the team did okay.

Special mentions for Jackson, Oztumer and Chambers, who stood out for me.

Although I was happy to see it hit the bar, the Millwall quick free kick from miles out was inches from being a fabulous goal.

Gregory looked a very good player again, but thankfully couldn't take his chances.

They were awful and a shadow of the team that fudge us in February.

Great 3 points. Happy days.

A good win, not really an amazing performance but it was enough. We've got so much attacking potential when we actually play football, hopefully Whitney realises aimless hoofball isn't the way to go.

The defence needs to be sorted out sharpish, the central defence is still extremely shaky despite the many different pairings that we've tried (which may or may not be the cause).

Oh and if we can get Moussa 100% match fit, we've got one of the most dangerous players in the division. Him and Ozzy are sublime to watch.

Indeed. Could be 25 corners to 0 as long as we score more goals.

Very happy with the win especially with the 2 week break from league action coming up.

firstly what a great way to respond from Tuesdays debacle by getting a hard fought 3 points.
I said to my mate whoever loses this one could be in a relegation scrap and millwall will end up sacking harris soon and appointing jacket.

Walsall definatly better for much pf the game but every time they launched a cross into box in first half we looked desperate.
its amazing how much better the league looks with that win and hopefully this will spur us on to beat the sloppies in 2 weeks time.

After Tuesday that was a welcome win.....a team effort which we made hard for ourselves by falling too deep in the last 30 minutes. It was good to see Moussa contributing ....if we can get him fully match fit he will be great asset. Also a word for Kinsella...when he came on he didn't hide and got through some good defensive work. We can relax now until the 15th when the Shrews.come visiting.

I have to admit that my optimism in the match thread preamble was instrumental in my looking up the odds offered by the betting exchanges. When I saw that Millwall were favourites and we were priced at 3.6/1 I couldn't resist lumping a fair whack on it. I did cover myself for a 0-0 result (at 13/1) but still came out in front comfortably in to 3 figures.

On reflection, perhaps I should have done a double with Preston North End to beat Villa......

Poor in central defence, really?
From where I was sat, O'Connor got in numerous blocks and interceptions and both him and Toner won countless headers in the second half.
Strange how the game can look so different from 2 different seats...

A good but unconvincing victory.

Felt Dobson, Oztumer, Jackson and Laird we all fantastic, the rest were 7's and 6's.

Still a lot of work to do with plenty of questions over Whitney, but a fantastic result.

Didn't get there today - down in Landarn. And some very, very drunk Millwall fans have just noisily arrived at Euston. Not sure what they had to sing about.

Important 3points but millwall were by far the worst team we have played this year in the league

Our front 4 are good enough for top 6 and the interplay between them is exciting the 1st goal was Ozzie to Morris cross to moussa who laid it on for Jackson.

Jackson's goal ratio is similar to bradshaw's and so far we are not missing the latter

However we can't seem to get the ball to them on the ground and sending it forward in the air is a waste of time.how do we get the ball forward on the ground? Last year we used the fullbacks but laird and McCartney rarely go beyond the halfway line without launching it. Not sure if this is due to ability or whether they are told to do it.

I think this is our best bet for defence and with a few more games and training sessions the organisation will come. Toner got stronger towards the end of the game and laird looks steady. When we are hanging on with a few minutes left against a big side lumping long balls into the box is it not worth bringing Preston on to shore things up at the cost of a smaller forward?

Not sure what happened to Makris when he was put through it seemed he was bundled over I think bakayoko may have shown more strength
