Smash those nice Saxon fellows, batter the Argies, then sneak past the Portugese, before a resounding humbling of the Brazilians.

Much easier then Ghana, followed by Uruguay or South Korea & Brazil in the semis!!

They are also the 4 teams that have been responsible for dumping us out over the last 24 years.

1986 - Argentina in QF
1990 - Germany in SF
1994 - didn't qualify
1998 - Argentina in 2nd Rd
2002 - Brazil in QF
2006 - Portugal in QF

Of course that would make it all the sweeter if we beat them all on the way to a 2nd World Cup.

Beat Germany on penalties. Argentina with the most blatant handball goal ever, so the whole team can rush over to Maradona and shush him. Wind Ronaldo so much he gets sent off, then Brazil should be a piece of cake. That would put some of the last 25 years right wouldn't it ?

You are assuming any of those sides get through, Argentina have a tricky game against Mexico. I'm liking the look of Brazil though, a Brazillian team that can defend as well as attack is quite worrying.
