Swindon equalise at home to Oldham, then immediately go 1-2 down......

Sloppies 1 Doncaster Rovers 2

5 minutes to go - I think we might take 3 points from this :D :D :D

Scunthorpe are being proper Scunthorpe tonight....

Still though you can only win your games and yet another cracking away win that.

Delighted to see George Evans score, he is highly rated at City (seem to be developing a good relationship with them which is smart given what they're investing in their academy) and please to see when the club get a injury or two they're backing Smith to bring in a signing.

Brilliant.... done with key men out too. Be interesting to read the match reports - maybe there is a bit of squad depth.

Couldn't give a cack about Gillingham.

Great result. First league win there since I have been alive! Despite Gillingham winning, a few of the other results went for us.

Excellent win after Saturday and would have taken a point before play tonight. A very influential debut by George Evans too and good to see Milan scoring. Don't care about being top...yet! UTS:-)

No, no, 15 points clear of the relegation zone, THAT'S the important one!

Great result, well done Smith and the backroom boys getting Evans on a short loan ( can we have him for longer please?)

My 'posts' figure quite an amazing indicator don't you think? maybe this COULD be our year after all!

Great result that.

Away form is unbelievable.

Sounds like Evans did well and I hope Milan can kick on from this.

Top effort by the 200 odd.

Great win,who would have thought Walsall vs Gillingham would be a top of the table clash at the end of October it's gonna be a big game that one hopefully a big turn out like the Burton game.

Great result, wasn't very hopeful. Wonder how Preston played, seemed nervous on Saturday although was good to see him doing a Butler and going centre forward for the last few minutes.

Great win up there tonight - didn't get there but listened on WM/DAB - sounded like a professional performance and clearly Milan made a big difference from what I heard.

Evans should be a greta signing - lets hope for a season long extension!!

Gills last minute bloody goal (again!)

I'll be goin down to Colchester on Saturday so lets hope for a decent turn out (even though it is fudgin miles!) UTS

Would be surprised. Really can't see Gills bring 1k + with the distance, it's not an International weekend and it's winter not a nice autumn afternoon as Burton was.

Still in November Sheffield United and Bradford are visiting, they'll bring plenty as usual so there's 6k + attendances for those games.

Ace, love it when the team proves me and my pessimistic self wrong.

One big note tonight - credit to Dean Smith. He is currently the quickest learning member of our playing staff.

Last season he would have stuck by Flanagan tonight.. which would have been a mistake, he isn't ready yet, certainly not to be played as part of a 2 - he quickly gets a young loan signing in from Man City, who now trust us to take the kids they have because of the entire Hiwula deal and the bond we have built with them and shocker, the lad comes in, contributes to a win with a goal from midfield and we take 3, exceptional points, keep another cleansheet and look comfy all with 4 key 100% members of the starting XI missing.

Result of the season easily so far - regardless of form, look at the age of our team tonight. A cleansheet with the back up goalkeeper in net, an 18 year old left back and a second senior start for a youth centre back.

If I heard Jeff correct, that's our first win at Oakwell since 1971!

8 goals conceded, comfortably the best in the entire FOOTBALL LEAGUE. 3 defeats in 22 games. Awesome, awesome stuff.

Well done to Deano and the players - glad Milan got a goal on his return!

UTS.

Another assist from Sawyers ... According to Otis the player who doesn't assist enough .. Well that's 3 in 3 games.
