Firmly believe that had it gone to extra time we would have beaten you but it didn't and we didn't so good luck to you.

Agreed - and thanks for the wishes.

How long can you hang on to your young superstar, Antonio? He certainly looks a bit special.

Antonio is class BUT he is a real idle arse who won't defend and very often puts his own full back under a lot of pressure by not tracking back. Biggest problem is that we tend to lump it forward to him all the time or lump it to Blackstock to head down for him, wouldnt mind if it works but seldom does.

Very effective and would be a a success in a middle of the league Premier team.

What's happened to Paterson? Didn't he have a really good spell for you a couple of seasons back?

You must be sick of the mention of us. Can't beat us and all your ex-Saddlers are doing cack!

Paterson is one of those players with great potential that will never actually reach it. He will eventually leave us and spend a career bumming around the lower leagues only to wake up one day wondering where his career has gone.

Paterson isn't doing it, because he has been managed by morons at Forest. Dean Smith haters, take note. He's a sensible, grounded lad, with bags of talent, but his confidence has been killed off.

Needed to get home asap.

Everyone gets a dodgy pen once in a while, we probably get less than most.

Paterson may not need to leave Forest to bum around the lower leagues to be fair :D

It looked to me as though our Tom got to the ball first then fell over the outstretched leg; close call but not the worst penalty decision I've seen.
And, according to more or less all concerned (even you, BTH) the better team on the night won.
:D

None of the Forest players looked over bothered when it was given. Which either means they think it was a pen, or they really would rather be anywhere else. I'd guess it was the latter.

Probably a substantial bung from Dean Smith? ... or, as IHTC said, he didn't want extra time?

It occurs to me that we are on an average of one penalty every two games, which for us compares very nicely with our recent record of about one penalty every two seasons. Long may the current trend continue!

It's amazing what happens when you run in the box, with the ball, more often. Don't know why we didn't think of it earlier!

Good to see you posting Mr Whiting :D

yep, detractors should consider smith has got career-best performances out of a few players, butler and brandy for instance. he even somehow managed to get westcarr into double figures.
