2 shots on target according to the BBC, very clinical and so different to last season.

Wow. Fantastic!

Even more impressive is that, according to the BBC we are 3-0 up yet have only had 2 shots on target. That would be a good conundrum for a Maths exam.

Easy. Two goals and an own goal - two shots on target.

Would be good if we could get some more goals, as goal difference might be key by the end of the season

We are winning 3-0 at a difficult team, although on a bad run, and we have strength on the bench

Need Gillingham to lose or draw though

The Coventry/Burton game kind of works for us no matter what happens....as we are in a race with both of them, but i guess a draw is best.

We could score 20 per game and it wouldn't be good enough for some people.....

There's a slight touch of the Dean Smith mentality about Bury in this game - they're down by three goals and yet a goalscorer like Tom Pope is still warming the bench.......

Long may it continue!!!

Blackpool 4 Scunthorpe Utd 0

Swindon Town 3 Crewe Alex 3

Colchester Utd 1 Sheffield Utd 1 :D

It only takes a second to score a goal, so any game that we don't score 5400 is a missed opportunity, imho.

It's true....and if players were mentally conditioned to score 20 in each half....we would probably see a lot more goals....but they have subconsciously accepted low targets of 1 - 0, 2 - 1 etc.

I hadn't even seen the 2nd goal when i posted that....shows how much i understand the psychological dynamics of the game

Reminds me of the ridiculous Kenny Hibbitt excuse for 2-2 home draw with Burnley when we were winning 2-0...he said "I never liked 2-0, as you don't know whether to try and hold...on, then if they score one...blah blah"
