Win our game in hand and we go back into the automatic promotion spots (as long as results stay the same)

When we play Fleetwood on Tuesday they will be without their leading scorer, who was red-carded at Burton!!! (Grant)

SEAN O'DRISCOLL
You really are clueless!
O'Driscoll may have been manager at the time but the initiative to sign him came from Whitney.

typical shallow analysis and judgment....
ignore the fact that
1) RED CARD
2) OWN GOAL
3) RELEGATION TEAM BEING PLAYED (for most of season)

You and me both, for the last few weeks under O'Dysmal, I haven't even bought a paper at the weekend, the dismal drop from our earlier elevated position has not made good viewing, tonight will be a pleasurable night

This is a rare event. There have been many occasions when a team has responded well to a new regime. It is much rarer for a team to respond so well to the reinstatement of the previous regime. Well done, all involved.

Just to remind the desperate, begrudging and degenerate liars
“It was a move that came out of the blue,” he said. “Jon Whitney (assistant manager) came in and said he was available.
“We had to make a decision pretty quickly, because there were one or two other clubs interested.
“But he indicated if Walsall were keen, this would be his preferred situation.
“We’re pleased to have him and believe he can make an immediate impact.”
O’Driscoll was in attendance at a number of Walsall games last season as Hiwula quickly endeared himself to Saddlers fans.
But the boss admitted he relied heavily on his coaches and others in the game when making the signing.

“I came to a couple of games when he was here last season so had the chance to see him play,” O’Driscoll said.
“But that is the only time I have seen him close-up.
“But speaking to Jon and a few others, everyone said good things about him. He fits into the group and he was very effective here last season with nine goals in 19 games.
“He has been here before and knows the players so he ticks a lot of boxes.
“I think the only person here he doesn’t know is me. But you have to trust your staff.”
But they DIDN'T trust you Sean despite you making decisions that benefitted....them

He didn't play him you plum.... introduced him as a sub when he had no chance to make a difference. Also having nothing to do with signing a player isn't the same to opposing the signing. Did it hurt when you were dropped on your head as a child?
Anyway cracking result. UTS! Would have hoped that SOD got a result outta this lot too, so shouldn't get ahead of ourselves. Even muppet boy said the same.

Remind me of Sean O'Driscoll's first few games
Yep...convenient amnesia
In this game we were playing a bottom of the table team.....
and we got an own goal and a red card to help
So don't be too premature...it is one game.

Re: Chesterfield (A) League One Mar 12, 3pm
Great day.
Much as I detest Bonser for what has happened in the past, I'd never accuse him of being a poor business man. Even he could see that we were at best going to stagger in to the play offs under SOD (with our best set of players for nearly a generation) - the team had given up on him. No doubt, Jeffrey could see the TV money drifting away from him - for once, he has shown some ambition this season. Never forget the past though, just hope for the future.
Even better, I've been forced to find out how to use the foe button to block the cack that goes on every fudge matchday thread. Never thought I'd do this - while you are letting yourself in for random trolls on the SoT board, I'd support their right to be assholes on that. On this board, such a blatant troll is asking to be thrown off.

Never wanted to use the foe button but the threads became so disjointed in the end.
All I need now is for SOT to become enjoyable again and I'll have 3 boards to read again.

Please do a list of everything that has been said about me on this board....You will need pages to cover all the insults, lies, misrepresentations, derogatory language, swearing and even pornographic material
But there are no double standards here....as long as you go along to get along and fit in
