Hope Pato gets a really good send off, I know a few idiots will hold something against him, even though he was sold to a club in a higher league.
Going to win 2-0.
Going to win 2-0.

A 1-1 draw with Lalkovic getting off the mark for us in front of 2,522.

I think we will sneak it with a 2-1 win, Pato doesn't deserve any stick but at the same time doesn't deserve a massive reception in my eyes, Hope he does well for forest, just not on Tuesday!
Attendance will be around 3111 8) around 750 from Derby

Is it a 7.45 kick-off, or do I just have to call these days and tell them what time I can get there? :D
Nice excuse by BTH, can't get there because of a CRICKET match ??? Can't stand the thought of yet another beating by the Super Saddlers, more like!

Nice to hear from you once more, BTH
Just you lot look after Paterson. He's a very talented player who will be a big asset to your squad.
Very grateful for the loan of Darlow, last season. He played well for us.

It's a 7:30 pm kick off, Geoff.
I can see a number of supporters getting caught out by this.

He came on as sub on Saturday against Royal Antwerp and looked pretty useful. Took his goal superbly

No anger towards Paterson from me.
Regarding the match i'm really looking forward to it. Should be an entertaining game with goals.
I hope we give a couple of the emerging youth teamers a taste as we did against Leeds I understand. I'll like to see young Wes Rush tonight. I've been very impressed by him and see him having a big future.

It will be interesting to see how our defence copes with Paterson.

Walsall -
Richard O'Donnell
Ben Purkiss
Andy Butler
Dean Holden
Andy Taylor
Sam Mantom
Adam Chambers
Romaine Sawyers
James McQuilken
Kieron Morris
Troy Hewitt
Subs - Ben George, Paul Downing, James Chambers, Mal Benning, Ashley Hemmings, Nicky Featherstone, James Baxendale, Craig Westcarr, Milan Lalkovic.
(Trialists)
Shabir Isoufi
Seb Usai (GK)
Forest - Karl Darlow, Dan Harding, Simon Gillett, Adlene Geudiora, Stephen McGlaughlin, Greg Halford, Jamaal Lascelles, Jack Hobbs, Dexter Blackstock, Jamie Paterson, Matt Derbyshire
Subs - Guy Moussi, Eric Lichaj, Henri Lansbury, Jonathan Greening, Radoslaw Majewski, Danny Collins, Chris Cohen, Andy Reid, Simon Cox, Dorus De Vries
Reckon that's trying McQuilken in the hole to see if he could play there. I suspect we will see a few changes in the second half with Baxendale, Featherstone, Westcarr, Hemmings, Downing and Benning all coming on. Interesting to see who the trialists are, don't recognise either. Good to see Paterson back, the Forest bench looks very good.

1-0 Sam Mantom, well taken apparently.
A little bit of research tells me Seb Usai is an Australian GK who's been at Blackburn, whilst Shabir Isoufi looks like he should be a bit out of our league...Oh and he's from Afghanistan!

OK mate, I guess that's fair enough then, mind you it's down to 9 overs apiece after the rain, so football looks like better value. :D

Lost 2-1 with Forests second coming from Andy Reid on 74 minutes.
Decent run out again, at least we didn't get hammered!

Sounds like we played well. more than matched them for long periods but when it came to the musical chairs they had more strength in depth.

Re: Nottingham Forest (H) Friendly - Tuesday 23/07/2013
We really looked lethargic, their was periods where nothing worked and we just gave the ball away with no movement and every player completely static. Very sloppy today, but still looked decent in periods at the beginning of the game and in the final few minutes.
