My heart sank when I heard it's a family fun day. We NEVER win when we have a bigger crowd.

Not true this season, WFC_Rob. Our top three league attendances so far this season [Wendies, Sheff U and PNE] have all seen home wins!

I am sure he means when there is an inflated HOME atttendance. The chance to thrill, excite and entice potential new fans to the Bezla!

This usually means that we will lose 1-0 or it will be a terrible 0-0 draw!

Fun is not a word I would use to describe games at this stage of the season. Was coming but made the mistake of having a few days off work for Easter. Now have to spend tomorrow catching up

I'll go for 3-1 to we in front of 4988.

When was the last time we won 3 on the trot at home?

I think it will be a draw today. 1-1.

Hurst is effing rubbish, wide from 6yards, and almost hits the scoreboard from 20, he's a joke. Tranmire defence is terrible.

Not the players fault although Butler is a massive cabbage.

Dean Smith hasn't learnt and will never learn, he has no idea.

As bad as it has been at any point this season even with the 3 loan lads in. This doesn't bode well for the rest of the season. IF we manage to stay up, Smith should be removed immediately.

30 efforts on goal in the last 2 games (far more than our opponents) and 0 goals, 0 points. Unlucky or a misleading stat?

Worst thing we could have done, played absolutely shite all game, slow build ups leading to shitty shots outside the box which sailed over.

The ref was a fudge Scunthorpe 'n all the blinkered receding twerp, not on par with Fon Williams though, sheepshagging prick.

BTW our stewards, what the fudge were they doing with the Rovers fans? Seemed like right jobsworth muppets, 2 thrown out. Get a proper job you tarts.

Now all four of the relegation candidates could catch us with miracle results, today was NOT a good day to lose at home to a mid table team with nowt to play for. Even with Ledesma in our side we struggle to score goals, and have all season long, as proved by our woeful penalty taking. It will go to the wire, as I predicted yonks ago, as we lose at MK Dongs we will be anxiously waiting to see if a team or teams threatening our survival also lose.

Wycombes last 3 games

Charlton (A)
Notts Co (H)
Sheff Wed (A)

2 points max from those.

We are safe.

I'm not predicting fudge all.

2 losses in a row for us, not the time to start a dire run.

That's exactly the kind of thinking that would see us relegated .

Weird results happen at the end of the season ...Charlton are up now so may take their foot off the gas , Sheffield wed may be resting players for the play offs .

That said , one more win from us and it would take 2 wins and a draw for them which is admittedly a tough tough ask. Anyone confident of us getting a win though? Thank god Exeter lost today , otherwise they would have built up a bit of steam for our visit. Still won't be easy , they will be fighting to not go down in front of their own fans ..

Geez more tension to come

That was a game we should have won - we had chances but just didnt put them away.
Tranmere had a chance and they put it away - end of.
Yes the Ref was not exactly Collina class but we should have got at least a point out of this.
Tranmere came with a plan to stop us playing and once they had scored did the old time wasting routine v well. Their Goalie in particular milked it for all it was worth but I would expect that from a team winning away from Home.
Grof did a magnificent flying save right at the end to deny them a second.
Ledesma did his best but he wont be here next season - what did Nicholls do?!
Overall Im very disappointed at a game we should have won but thats been our season - nearly men and I just hope it doesnt cost us at the very end.

+1 to all of that. They shut Cuvelier and Ledesma down and we struggled to do anything. Hurst and Macken both had chances which they should have scored with. No idea why Beevers was sent off - second booking or straight red?

Could have been worse, Oldham's late equaliser gives us a bit of space - if we beat Exeter and Wycombe lose at Charlton next week then we're safe.

Sorry, what is your point?

We struggled to score today because we were appalling going forward.

Ancient Moaner is correct with his assessment. Ledesma is mostly responsible for our upturn in form and if we aren't scoring goals now even with him in the side then we could be done for.

If plan A (Ledesma) doesn't work than Dean Smith doesn't know what to do next. He is clueless.

Woeful today. Hurst shouldn't be released at the end of the season, he should be taken to the knackers yard and turned into glue.

FF for oldham's equaliser. One win should still do, but it should have been today against that crap from plastic scouser land.
