Come on, it's a great song, if only for the line " The Villa are Scum"

Far better than the Man United rip off, " Take me home" Worst Walsall song ever in my opinion.

Walsall has now got an above average league one midfield to go with their above average league one defence. Unfortunately with sub-standard forwards we are often going to lose matches when we have played well.

I'm fairly sure he was on about the announcer when he introduces the team. "Welcome onto the pitch the pride of the Midlands, ect, ect"

I also think Take Me Home is a dire song, mainly because 5 people only ever sing it.

Correct Blazing, it's awful, definitely the worst ever. About time Bernie Wrights song was resurrected, just need to sign someone the size of an ugly mountain with a temperament towards the opposition to match a swarm of hornets on heat whatever that's like.

That slow "when the reds..." can fudge off too. Bloody funeral song, give it to the stayaways.

The result yesterday was hardly a disaster - not least because it sounds like we didn't actually play that badly.

We're a striker away from being able to secure safety with a game or two to spare. As it happens, I think we'll probably need something from at least one of those last two games to stay up.

Four wins to secure survival? Definitely still achievable.

I wouldn't be so sure that 50 points will do it, this isn't always the case, seeing as 4 go down. Hopefully it will be, but I seem to remember sides going down on 52 points in the past.

Better than, "Barmy army!" that's for sure, dire chant sung by the Dingles & Wensdeh.

I'd much prefer, "Red & White army" or something remotely connected to the club.

Agree with the pieman, the Spurs song is a crock of old cack.

We normally stand with the singers at away games and you hear some really funny comments and good banter at times. I'm sure we have the wherewithal to come up with some good songs of our own, rather than just copying others.

I wor on about the song, just the fat get drowning out any singers we have with his stupid "Pride of the midlands" bilge.

Take me home is gash.

Yow just cor beat a bit of Yellow Ribbon. It needs to sung underneath a roof though :(

Wednesbury Road is by far the best thing going when it's sung at full pelt under a roof, arms aloft.

I also love the simple but ace, "Saddlers."

Yellow Ribbon beats Wednesbury road by some way for me, mainly cos it's ours, we haven't ripped it off, or stolen it off anyone.

Shoot, Kenny Mower was also a good song.

Did we balls. How long they been singing it then? I first heard Yellow Ribbon 30 years ago, and it was a long standing song then.

No idea mate, even if we did, I've never heard Arsenal fans sing it in recent times so fudge 'em.

It's all, "and it's bla bla barclays! bla bla barclays FC!"
