Dean Smith to make the team watch the Monty Python Philosphers XI episode.
The team learn to deny the existence of the Excuse & Dingle via Niedzchean Perspective.
UTS, as the only trusted source of news, report a 2-0 win, the scorers will be Man 2 Man and Man Parrish.
The attendance will be there, only if we percieve it to be there.
Manny Smith to be so excited by this new tactic, he tweets he has been studying Kant and is promptly reported to the FA as a homophobe.

Going to be a pretty tough game this one, and a potential banana skin. Having said that, we "should" want it more than they do, and on that basis, I think we will only win 4-1.
Also, they are not my friends, I don't know where all this bum love comes from, but whatever, we are Walsall.

Re: Hartlepool United (H) League 1 Saturday 10/3/12.
Given the run that we're on, 3 wins and 2 draws from five games and the excellent performance on Tuesday night...it would be typically Walsall to not turn up to this one and lose 1-0 infront of 4,200 (350 Monkey Hangers)

2-0 to the Saddlers with 248 Poolies. My boy to fall even deeper in love with Walsall and demand to go to Rochdale when he's up next :D

Head says we never do things the easy way - we won't win this after such a good result in midweek.
Heart says we've looked as determined as we've done for a long time over the last few weeks and might take some beating.
Let's go for a scrappy 1-0 home win. Bowerman to score.

Re: Hartlepool United (H) League 1 Saturday 10/3/12.
I would love any home win, 1-0 or otherwise, because 3 points would be a HUGE step towards safety, but almost enivitably & predictably, 'after the Lord mayors show' a 1-1 draw is the most likely result. Boy, I hope I'm wrong, cus now that we HAVE actually scored 3 goals in a match,(3 against exeter in the FA Cup not withstanding) 4 or more would be awesome! Come on me new babbies!!! :) :) :)
3,765 with about 280+ poolies. Wish I could be there, but at least I've got a Tuesday match at Hiilsborough, followed shortly afterwards by another encounter at Spotland (please dow give us any penalties! :( )

Ole Bugga mode* oh dear me well we will lose this one because we never win 2 games on the trot and Grigg is the worst player in the world and Macken is too old and all my Huddersfield associates will laugh at Walsall for not been in the same position as mega spending Davey's side and it will rain and Hartlepool will score 10 goals and then a petrol tanker will crash off the M6 and explode in Bescot and everyone will be DOOMED!' *Ole Bugga mode
Or we may win?

For that attendance figure to be achieved Hartlepool must be bringing close on 5,000   it'll be like a home game for them

7,800! Chester....we aye Luwan Tarn mate! We wouldn't get an attendance like that for an F.A. Cup match at home to Manure! Mind you, come to think of it, that would be when 15,000 hidden 'fervent' Walsall fans would be clammering for tickets, and the likes of you, me, and another 2,500 UTS'sers wouldn't get a smell of a ticket!! :?

This is a really difficult one to pick, do I follow Chester and go for a high attendance or go with the flow and think about 3500? OK I say 3645 with 247 monkey hangers.
Oh the score that's easy, with our tails up Saddlers 2-0 win

Methinks not, CS, but I shall be listening in as usual on Saddlers World and hoping for another precious 3 points towards that safety target.

Bowerman missed a glorious oppurtunity apparently. Hope he doesnt drop his head, as he is "most natural Goalscorer" we have.

Hope things improve in the second half, results all around us so far couldn't be worse, fail to win this 'un and we will be back in trouble again...like I've said before, it may not be our results that send us down but all those around us improving beyond belief. :( Even Chesterfield are putting in a stunning performance, and Trampmere are winning too.
Come on me babbies just one goal will suffice I'm sure! :)
