Boy how I would love us to take three points of the Leagues 2nd Automatic promotion certainties (not withstanding Saturdays falter) but, I fear, they will destroy us at a canter. Now with NO new signings to bolster our play, and Macken & Nicholls up front (again), the only 'striker' on our books, Bowerman, warming the bench (again), as Grigg (I once scored from a volley) being brought on when we are 2-0 down, to run around like a headless chicken achieving absolutely nothing.
Still we can dream of a win cor we? It's just that the reality of another defeat come Wednesday morning will sink in slowly and dreadfully.

Every season we play 1 or 2 teams that are as good as we all feared/expected. Last year was Southampton/Brighton and in the years before that Leicester. These aren't near the top for no reason and all they did was flick a switch at their ground and they scored 3 in 15 minutes. A forward line of Will Hoskins, Ched Evans and James Beattie is a scary, scary prospect if we dont turn up and play to our 150% absolute best. They have a big squad full of players that we could only dream about having. I think we'l work hard, but not have enough going forward and they will 100% score.
