From a purely selfish point of view, I hope the pitch is frozen and the match gets called off.

Really want to attend the Wacka celebration match, but just can't get back for it. Was gutted when this was rescheduled so soon as wanted to be at whichever Saturday match the celebration was held at. But, alas, it will now be held on a Tuesday night.

Besides, it would make more sense to hold a celebration match on a Saturday anyway.

If it does go ahead, I'll go for a 1-1 draw.

What makes me cringe is the way some fans will defend murderers and the like, just because they play for their team.

Oh how I wish we could do a Hartlepool ( 4-0 V's Carlisle) on County, but we aye got a wonder kid to knock in 'goals for fun'
in OUR squad have we?
We are perilously close to the bottom now, another shambles tommorow night could see us in REAL trouble, wish Bill Moore was still our manager (other post) he would have instilled some guts and fight from 'em!
My heart says 1-1 again, but the fear that we all feel, that every time we play at home we are let down, steers me towards
another single goal defeat.

Does anyone have any info as to whether the match is in doubt? Have we covered the pitch? It's bloody freezing!

Get the Braziers out
Im getting my thermals on and going to pay homage to the main man .
Couldnt care less about Hughes - i will treat him with the complete indifference he deserves, wont waste my breath on him.
The most important thing is we get 3 points cos we are in a relegation battle so lets all get down there and cheer the lads on.

1-0 Walsall. Wacka to give tinned his shirt after the match, then take it back when he realises how cold it is.

Sheffsad not to notice the result till he checks UTS after the Chelsea game finishes.

I will not be here (meetings).

Massive opportunity for us to grab a much needed win here. Notts County are bottom of the form table as it has been said and shown on here already.
We should be looking to get at them from the start!
Lineup;
Walker
Beevers
Butler
Smith
Sadler
Taundry
Peterlin
Chambers
Paterson
Nicholls
Macken

Subs; Grof, Lancashire, Hurst, Bowerman, Cuvelier.

Murder starts for Notts County.

Cuvelier off the bench? Guesss he'll have to watch our lot for a few minutes to help get in the groove with the way we play...

4-3 to the Saddlers. The night will mark a turning point in the season. Ishi to see red.

By heck it is cold and lonely here.

From the BBC online commentary:

15:17 Jimmy Walker sends in a cross.

Are we giving him a game on the wing as part of the festivities or are the players wearing Jimmy masks too?

Notts County dominant according to the stats after 20 minutes:

Shots on - Walsall 0 Notts Co 3
Shots off - Walsall 1 Notts Co 3
Corners - Walsall 0 Notts Co 1

Good to see we have taken the game to them...

We're being hammered according to the reports I'm getting from the game.

I can also report the new scoreboard looks ridiculous. They've taken the middle part of the old scoreboard away, and stuck the new one in the gap while keeping the two ends of the old one.
