I'll refrain from predicting this week after getting my prediction for the Wycombe match spectacularly wrong!

If we avoid defeat ill be happy. If we lose its looking very difficult again.
Ill go for a cold boring 0-0.

I'd settle for that. However, we'll lose 2-0, in front of 3,328 including 115 Saddlers.

Me too, if I can sort a lift.
Although the thought of travelling a long way to watch a ground a long way away, with seats in Villa colours, is making me think twice

Re: Scunthorpe United (A) League 1 Tuesday 21/2/12.
My prediction is:
Manny Smith to give an inspiring team talk about his footballing heroes Justin Fashanu, Sol Campbell and Dale Winton.
DS to take the boys on team building exercise to Scunthorpe Morrisons to play Supermarket Sweep.
Round 1 sees Alex Nicholls going for a white spot, a cow's arse and a banjo.
The players are in jovial mood and DS is about to go through the 10 players or less checkout when Unce Jeff arrives by helicopter.
He says the lease is up and shuts down the shop shouting 'no manager of mine goes wild in the aisles.'
The team suddenly remember there is a game on and grind out a 0-0.
The only excitement is when a fan shouts 'Up The Iron' at Manny Smith and he spends the rest of the game considering his response and phoning his PR guru.
The coach makes one stop on the way back to pick up Nicholls who has a hide of beef and an inflatable guitar.

Walsall to be confused and think they've entered a time warp and appeared at an early years Bescot. Dean Smith to play in light of this.

Have you seen the price of ping pong rubbers? Get your own.
Besides, in true New Orleans style we'll be cruising around Scunthorpe before the game with you hanging out of the sunroof flashing your man boobs at the natives in return for cheap plastic trinkets and golden coconuts. Then it's all back to Chester's hotel room to drink the minibar dry of Tia Maria.
So no costume necessary, really.

I have arrived at the "hotel", it's a big pub about a mile from the ground. As you come off the motorway, pass the ground on the right and just carry on straight up the hill. It's called the Royal, but more like the Royle. Not sure that Tia Maria sells well here tbh

Pina Coladas all the way then!
Have found my whistle and bongos and am preparing to serenade Mr Section with my interpretation of all of rod Stewart's lesser known works. Hopefully, he will have brought his stylophone so we can phone WM and entertain Franksy at the same time.
Once i get to Scunny it'll be time for me to get my kazoo out.
As for the match, i see a repeat of that 90s match when trevor wood was in goal - they had 34 shots, we had one and we won 1-0.

Otherbournemouthsaddler and I will be heading for the Berkeley on Doncaster Rd (5 mins from ground) if you (or anyone else) fancies a prematch tipple, Chester.
OBS has kindly agreed to let people touch his kazoo in the gents loos for£1 a go before the match. All proceeds will go towards the "12th Man" fund - let's see if we can't buy the club a proven goalscorer before the end of February!
