It was fantastic to see all of the goals from the 98-99 season again .
It brought back so many good memories.
Someone mentioned they would love to see the goals from the 2000-01 season too.
So -here you are --- enjoy :)

For some reason I can still remember Tony Cotee's goal for Barnet at Bescot like it was yesterday great strike that was it was clear he'd played at the top level. How I'd love little Dean Keates in our midfield now he was a warrior and could also score great goals that one at the old Manor Ground was a stunner I used to love that away game even though the away end was penned in.

Re: 2000 - 2001 season
Great to see some of the goals from another promotion campaign, I was too young to remember most of them but I haven't forgot the play-off final!
Just out of interest, what were the away followings like in a season that is very similar to this one? I think we're averaging around 700 this year...

Nice one Addo - looking at the filenames those files all originally came from me - was just looking for that disc. You must have been one of the ones who bought a disc from me all those years ago, sneaking them into the main stand to sell! Great to share them again!

Thanks for these uploads, they're bringing back great memories, never thought I would see most of these again. Youtube is sparse for pre-2007 stuff.
If you have any more seasons lying around, keep 'em coming!

06/07 would be brilliant if you have it.
Or 05/06, for how hilariously bad we were!

Absolutely loving the nostalgia on here at present, reminding me of the best periods of being a Walsall fan since my first game in 1991.

Cambridge away - Sky presenter trying to be clever thinking they know Portuguese: pronouncing "Jorge" as "Hor-Gay".
I remember being in the Algarve the summer we bought Jorge and in a specialist football shirt shop chatting to the owner who seemed to know a lot about Leitao and thought we'd snagged a great player.

Yep - its one of yours.
I did think it was you that the DVD came from - but couldn't be sure.

Phil Mepham plays cricket for Whittington I think. Whitti Steve would know.

Plus Alan Towers.
Alan is, sadly, no longer with us. Neither, on YouTube, is his 'sign off'. On his last night of reading the news, he told viewers that 'the giants of the BBC had been replaced by Pygmies!'.
Never a truer word. If it was bad then he would be apoplectic now.

Bob Hall is involved with the Big Centre TV.
He is also in the press box for most of our home games and I also see him reporting on league one and two games on Gillette Soccer Special on Saturday afternoons, when we are not at home.
